Lisa was very helpful and welcoming. She was able to tell me the history of the neighborhood and her home. She also introduced me to a local Portuguese restaurant. I wish I’d had time to see more of Lowell during my visit. The garage, guesthouse apartment is an architecturally interesting space that is nicely furnished. It was the perfect private space for my 2 ½ week stay.

Due to a lot of work to do before a foreign move after selling our home, we (will) be 2.5 months. We've been here for 1.5 months and this place has been a MAJOR blessing. My wife, and 13 YO daughter, and little dog are staying here contentedly. It's worthwhile having private space for everybody, it keep things peaceful and there is lots of that here. The hosts are gracious and helpful and give you all the privacy you want. Interestingly this part of the house I am told was a place of worship from the previous owners, it is really peaceful and spacious. Though I'm not a "vibe" guy, it has a really good vibe. The house has massive solar arrays which I didn't notice as they look like roof shingles, and they also have battery backup. When power went out in the neighborhood during one very cold day in March, it was so nice to not lose power, stayed warm, and the internet worked without issue, awesome yard, and pond in back. HIGHLY RECOMENDED!

Adam's place was a great bargain for the week I was there! I came for a conference and it was a comfortable place to rest after learning all day! His place is located in a quiet neighborhood and it is super clean. I enjoyed how easy it was to get into the home and how clean and organized it was! Definitely looking forward to returning soon!
