On a total of 210 m2 space you can live comfortably and explore the extraordinary sights of Vienna.

A free parking space is located in the underground car park. The newly renovated Therme Wien with spa and sauna area can be reached in five minutes on foot. You will be staying in a very quiet location in a very cozy and clean room. You will be staying alone. You can sit comfortably outside in the evening. There is a fan in the room. In the garden there is a small house where you can cook or warm up food. A microwave, hot plate and dishes are provided. In just a few steps you can reach the train (S60), which will take you to Vienna Central Station in 12 minutes. There is also a bus stop outside the door to Schwechat. Free bicycle.

The house is 15 km from the airport. We also live on the property in our own house, so we are available at any time.
