Lovely, beautiful accommodation , clean and cozy. Everything you need and even more 👍 The views from the windows are incredible . Beautiful and tastefully furnished accommodation . The Jacuzzi was a great way to start the day and end it after walking. The hosts responded to messages very quickly , provided a lot of useful information , were responsive and interested in solving problems. Above all praise ❤️ I didn't want to leave) I want to come back when the gardens are in bloom)

The apartment, much like the host Stefano, was truly exceptional. We felt completely at home, and had everything we could possibly need. The spacious backyard garden offers so much privacy. We travelled with a one-year-old, and she absolutely loved being able to get out of the apartment and into the garden on her own. It wasn’t just a place to sleep – we enjoyed spending our days there as well. The location is perfect – just a short walk from Arco’s charming old town, park, playground, and more. Plus, it’s only a 10-minute drive to Riva del Garda or Torbole, with several grocery stores within walking distance. Stefano is an outstanding host – the definition of a “Superhost.” We can’t wait to return!

Perfect place to stay, stylish and clean with an amazing view from the balcony. The small village is very charming surrounded by forests. Its nicely secluded but the road there is good and quite easy for making day trips from. We recommend the beautiful Lake Toblino, it really is the colour you see online! Alex responded quickly when we had questions.

Mrs. Helga Maria is an exceptional person: she treated us as if we were part of her family. Honest and honest, she has shown great humanity. We had a little mishap with our cat, who ran away, and Mrs. Helga kindly left us her home until we were able to find it. The house is beautiful in its simplicity: spartan but cozy, perfect for those who want to unplug from the chaos and luxury of the city, and reconnect with the tranquility of nature and the essentials. It is well equipped: you will find everything you need to cook, prepare a good herbal tea and feel immediately comfortable. Also what is often missing in the first few hours in a vacation home — such as small utensils, spices or other essentials — everything is already here, ready to use. An authentic place, run by a special person. We will definitely be back for a real, human and restorative stay.

We loved staying at Deborah's place. It looked even more beautiful in real life. We stayed 6 nights with our toddler who had a great time playing outside. The house is spacious enough to live comfortably and has everything you need. Everything is put together with care. We connected with her parents who are present on some days in the back of the house, they were lovely and never overbearing. What worked well for us was the peaceful environment, a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of the coastal towns of Lake Garda. The garden is authentic and very well kept. The view amazing. Getting to the property is fairly easy, I do recommend checking what your navigation tells you to do because it led us in a street that turned out to be for residents only and was very narrow (it's marked Eccetto frontisti). Avoid these streets, they take you off the main road anyway, not what you need. I phoned Deborah for some advice and she was a great help, we found it easily.

The apartment is located directly at the entrance of the pedestrian zone and about 250 m from the Meraner-Therme. Super starting point for spa stays and sightseeing. As a tip, be sure to visit Sabine below the cable car to the village of Tyrol. We will find you have the best ice cream. This is always a must for us when we are in Merano. You can also explore the Tappeinerweg, where I have my great view of Merano. Communication with Laura and Robert was excellent, quick answers and a great description of how to get to the apartment. We'll be happy to come back.

Mathilde has been a fantastic host, taking care of all the details at all times. The rustic appartment is lovely and the garden is perfect for relaxing or playing table tennis with the family. Ideal for visiting different places in South Tyrol and for excursions - we will be back for sure! We recommend it 100%!

We spent two days in this B&B and couldn't have made a better choice! The apartment is completely renovated, all new and with attention to detail. The walk-in closet is beautiful, the bathroom is impeccable, and the kitchen and living room modern, cozy and super equipped One of the highlights is definitely the huge terrace, perfect for relaxing. The house is equipped with everything you need: pots, coffee maker, tea, mugs, cutlery... everything is super clean! The sheets were fragrant and super soft, and the raised bed was so comfortable that in the morning we didn't want to get up. It's also equipped with Netflix and every possible comfort, making your stay even more enjoyable. The location is in a quiet but convenient area to reach everything easily. Considering the quality of the apartment and the impeccable renovation, the price is really great. A special thank you also to the girl who manages it: very kind and always available

Everything was just as expected, Conny very likeable and the communication was good. The view from the balcony was magnificent and numerous bialettis for typical Italian coffee available :) Clear recommendation.

Great place, specially if you are traveling with children, they accommodate a room with a crib, baby changer and many this for our baby which made our stay very comfortable, host is friendly and responsive 10/10
