Wonderful places close to the beach in a very non-touristic area. A couple of really authentic eateries in the vicinity and the peace and quiet of the large garden which you are free to use. That and a couple of very nice hosts. Lovely place to relax.

Great location and walking distance to the beach and various beach bars and restaurants. The house was very cozy and everything worked well. And it was nice and quiet in the area.

We stayed at Kanaris’s place for two weeks, and it was perfect for our family of four. The house was comfortable and well-kept, and there was a beautiful shared garden area. The location is amazing! It’s an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and the bus stop. Kanaris was responsive and welcoming throughout our stay. We will definitely try to stay at this property again if we return to Kalamata.

We stayed a week at Stefano's place and had a very good time. The location and especially the views are beautiful. We also felt right at home, happy to come back! Stefanos is a very good host.

From the first to the last minute we felt incredibly comfortable and welcome! The Airbnb, which looks like the one in the pictures, is an absolute dream with good facilities and direct access to the sea. We took advantage of the opportunity to eat out on foot several times, and excursion destinations are easily accessible by car. Every time we had a question, we received an extremely friendly and helpful answer very quickly. I would come back in a heartbeat!

Beautiful place with stunning bay views and sunsets. Simple accommodation, ideal for a repressive vacation.

It's been the third year that I visited Western Peloponnese and found this wonderful accommodation after having been to some other airbnb accommodations in the region. I can tell that this one is truly unique! The small house stands in a garden / grape field, really just a couple of minutes walk from a great beach. It is calm, it is quiet, it is perfect for a remote and relaxing summertime spent close to nature and the sea. The bigger house has large windows (actually, half of the walls are windows), thus giving lots of lights and beautiful view on the garden. It is clean and has everything one might need. There are various taverns in the village (and some bars on the beach), but most importantly: Stamoulis and Anna have their own tavern (ca. 10 minutes walk from the house), providing amazing and authentic food. They are one of the nicest hosts I have ever met! Definitely going to come back here, and I can recommend it to anyone.

We spent the last 4 days of our trip at Bea’s cottage and it was lovely! The little house was perfect for 2 of us, it had everything we needed to relax, simple pleasures. We watched the sunrise over the mountains one morning - breathtaking! Everything as listed on the rental page 😊 Thank you Bea!

Iris, her husband and son were extremly nice and helpful people :) They showed us the ranch and gave us some tips on local restaurants and points of interest. The guest house was cozy, with only 15 minute walk to the beach. As animal lovers we really appreciated the presence of horses and the dogs Vera and Petra. The guest house had everything necessary, including pots, dishes, stove, coffee and they even prepared a jar of their homemade olive oil and olives that were delicious! We had two wonderful, relaxing weeks in the small house with the wonderful garden, just 1 minute away from the beach. There we had everything we needed and can wholeheartedly recommend the place. Excursions to historic places, most magnificent nature, fantastic beaches, beautiful mountain villages with nice cafes and restaurants have made our time here perfect. Villa Rodon is a superb base for visiting the historic sites of the Eastern Peloponnese. The house is clearly a well-loved family property. This is no boxy modern rental villa - instead it is a family home, with all of the homey touches and little quirks of a house which has been lived in and loved for decades. In that spirit, we enjoyed all of the home's amenities. Our special favorite was sitting on the roof deck on the second story in the evenings as the sunset, looking out over the ocean and the islands, and perhaps hearing the bells of the goat herd that would pass by the house morning and evening. The home can of accommodate a great number of people with its four bedrooms and three baths. We were two couples, and were very comfortable. Nancy was an excellent host, thoughtfully checking on our comfort and always available for questions.

A great experience. We highly recommend this Host. We loved: 1) Position. About 3' from the sea and less than 30' from the airport. Lots of restaurants and a Mini-Market just 5' walk (with a much bigger grocery store half-way from the airport). No rental car needed unless you are planning a visit to another town. 2) View. STUNNING, especially from the big terrace. 3) Looks of the apartment. Really cosy, conveys a sense of home away from home. Outstanding terrace. Absolutely perfect. 4) Furnishing. Well furnished, including a big BBQ in the terrace. 5) Air conditioning. Works like a charm. 6) Responsiveness of the Host: TOP. 7) Parking. Very easy to find a parking spot, even in high season. Areas of improvement. 8) Slow internet, the biggest issue. Too slow and at times completely lacking. 9) Check-in. We had to wait half-an-hour in the heat on arrival. 10) Sockets. Especially in the bedrooms, more sockets are needed by the bed side tables for lights, chargers and medical equipment.

Although I booked this place for the beautiful balcony view, unfortunately I didn't fully enjoy it because I had to visit all the beautiful places around Paul's bangalow. The bangalow has all comforts and even in a rainy day you can enjoy staying on the balcony listening the raindrops in front of you, drinking your coffee in the middle of a beautiful olive grove, from which generous Paul gave us a bottle of olive oil as gift. Paul has made reality the dream of every human, to own a piece of land in this blessed area. I am happy I met Paul because he is a very nice and intelligent man who is always there for you so as to knock out every need you have and I wish I had more time to hang out with him.

We had wonderful days at Villa Leonidas. The house is secluded and can be reached on a rather adventurous road. A car is absolutely necessary. The house is clean and has everything you need. Particularly nice is the large outdoor area with cooking and barbecue facilities as well as a pool. You have many different seating options outside, from which you can always see the sea. Leo always responded quickly to our requests and was super friendly. We will be happy to come back.
