We were me, wife, son and girlfriend out (family marriage), on 05/2025 We Stay 3 nights Condominium with great facilities and cleaning Great apartment, all new, beautiful decoration and distribution of utensils Residents and staff of the Condominium In the next trip to Pelotas, we will definitely return to this apt. . We felt at home, because on our trips we always look for fit or hotels of this category, as an extension of our home.

It was my first experience on Airbnb and I really liked it, a clean,organized and quiet place, the beautiful apartment. The only thing I regret is not being able to dine with my parents and siblings because they were not allowed, by the number of people and for not containing protection for children in the windows and balcony.

This is not the first time we have stayed at the house and we will return whenever possible. Comfortable house, with great spaces and always well cleaned.

Quiet place, well cared for, wonderful. Liane Vitória is very old. The location is great, there are many things to do, Laranjal Beach is amazing and very close to the house, a well airy house with a swimming pool, and we feel at home. We'll definitely be back!

I loved the condominium, the pool looks like a mini water park, has a gym easy access, has a playground for children. Moraria here no problem. The box found it small and the towels that were white I thought were gray, my mother washed several times with qboa to lighten. And they were pretty rough we couldn't make it soft. But it had very cute bathroom kit. Water in the fridge for us to receive. Very helpful Levi, we had a problem with the pool because of the closure of time he warned us and gave us a courtesy. I will return, I recommend the condominium is very good there is no noise, the neighbors are very friendly. There is a little market inside the condominium. Thanks for hosting!
