Vacation rentals with beach access in Penacova

Very nice place, taken care of and with a fairly large pool. Hosts are very thoughtful and friendly. The place is quite well located for those who come by car and plan to visit the river beaches in the area. There are no large supermarkets in the locality, so please note that shopping should ideally be done at once. For a 6-person space, the refrigerator is quite reduced. However, we had a great stay and recommend this accommodation for rural vacations.

Alexander is very nice and kind, We had an issue with the lock on the bottom door and he was six to fix it, even though when we left then one more time there was an issue. We highly recommend Alexander's place and there is no doubt that if our family are interested in sleeping in the area we will recommend. Thank you so much Alexander

It was a very nice cottage, small, but everything was in good material, nice shower, nicely decorated with nice wood details. We slept wonderfully with the windows open and the sound of the river, otherwise it was completely quiet at night. Outside nice terraces, wonderfully seated with our feet in the river, a fantastic environment, completely unobstructed views at the back of the house and a lovely hamlet. We walked every day for half an hour to Gois, a beautiful village with river and delicious pastries at the paladeria. We thought it was very nice!

We loved the stay at Antonio’s Place. He was really helpful with recommendations for hiking etc. The view is amazing and eating breakfast in the sun as well as having dinner in the sunset was superb. Would highly recommend staying here!

This little house was perfect and very comfortable, we had everything we needed and the location was great for what we wanted to do. Jose is a very pro-active host and made check in and locating the house very easy. The local villagers were also very friendly which made us feel very welcome.

Entering Ana and Daniel's place was the same as returning to the grandparents' house. The house is super well taken care of and it is noted that it is kept with great taste. The village and the entire surrounding area of the house is very calm, almost without cars passing by and only the noise of the stream and the birds that pass there. It was a great pleasure to stay in your house.

Very nice stay. Comfortable, very clean and well organized accommodation with all the amenities required for a stay with family or friends. Quiet location, close to the river beach. The host always showed great cordiality and always responded very quickly.

We (family of 4) had a great time at Joanne's home! We instantly felt welcome. Joanne offered us a lot of creative activities (art, playing, excercising) and was always available for us. Great hospitality, beautiful peaceful place and a cozy, clean house. We had an amazing time.

The house was adorable, and perfect for people traveling with dogs (the outside is fenced off, so it is perfectly safe). A typical Portuguese house, with everything we might have needed (plenty of spare blankets, towels, utensils, appliances, board games, you name it). The host was impeccable, and when there was an issue with the jacuzzi, she solved it promptly, and even compensated us for the inconvenience gifting us with a late check-out. There isn't much to do around, but the scenery is breathtaking. We really loved soaking in the jacuzzi in a cold winter night looking up at the starry sky. Highly recommend!
