Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Pender County

Amazing short weekend stay! Great location- having the playground and the beach within walking distance was fantastic for the kiddos! Elaine had so many included amenities. Can’t wait to come back!

This was arguably one of the better stays I’ve ever had at Surf City. I’ve gone to Topsail Island/Surf City my whole life and I can honestly say this home was perfect from the views and access to the beach as well as the comfort of sleeping in the home. I would recommend to anyone and will definitely be booking with Kate again at this location.

I looked at many different Airbnbs to figure out what matched. There were a few that could have worked but ultimately chose Wendy’s. My own house about 15 minutes away was getting a new built bathroom and couldn’t my Cat Herman and I stay and live in The process. My construction started on a Monday so I was able to move into Wendy’s house the Sunday before. I was able to drive over the first day when they started for the next 10 days. The house had a plethora of towels, sheets, rooms with their own separate TVs. There was a note that I could use anything in the house if needed. The freezer already had some food loaded up. The covered sunroom was the thing that pushed it over that this will happen and go smoothly. Herman loves to have animals, birds to watch and it was air conditioned. Also each AM &PM there was 2 wild turkeys just hanging out. This is the house for 1 person or a family. If looking for a beach stay or a project this in a house to definitely serve you well

LuAnne’s place was absolutely beautiful! The home is completely furnished with everything we needed, kitchen is fully equipped, and the entire home is immaculate. We enjoyed the decks and view our entire stay. Short walk to the beach and to a few local restaurants. I would highly recommend LuAnne’s home and our family would love to return. She was responsive during our entire vacation.

This home away from home is so beautiful! I had a very nice relaxing time. The fellas enjoyed the walk to the store for extra snacks. I love space! and this has all the space you need. I did miss the bedroom TV so I just used my Ipad. Other than that, Perfect!! and the best host you can ask for.

Pamela’s place was perfect! Exactly as pictured. The darts and air hockey were a great way to spend family time together. Loved the layout of the house. Neighborhood was very quiet and located near many shopping areas.

The place was perfect in every aspect: The location, size, accommodations, amenities, and proximity to the areas we frequented. For our tennis group, the total cost was less than what a hotel would have cost, which is historically where we used to stay. This experience, summarized by our ability to share one place, travel together, have meals together, watch TV together, and have the large space to spread out was absolutely fantastic. The experience was positive any which way you look at it. On top of that, Jana (and her husband) were super hosts with super friendly communication. We wish we had the opportunity to meet them in person, but..............maybe this time next year :-).
