Luisma was very friendly since we arrived. We had communication from the start. In addition to the house, it is close to the bar, which is his property tmb. was always reachable. By the way, you can eat very well at El prau restaurant. On the other hand, the house is very spacious and comfortable and although it is close to the bar ...it is a very quiet place. There are very nice places around and it's close to Ribadesella. Thank you Luisma, we'll be back.

The place has a very good location, the house is just like the photos and Carlos has been very pleasant at all times. If you go with children as in our case it is a success, the development has a park and in the house they have toys and books for them. Definitely recommend this place.

We were some friends for a few days on vacation, the house is very good, very quiet village, close to beaches and places to visit. We would definitely go back. With Michelangelo, good communication and facilities. 100% recommended.

Great place, great host

There's not much more to add to my last review. After digesting this dream of apartment, the decision was made directly after 5 days to return here and enjoy an extended vacation. Of course, Rafael has done everything this beautiful place has to offer. His open and very polite manner completes my vacation perfectly. This airbnb is a balm for the soul!

Muchas gracias, Tico! The place is lovely despite the old building - it has total charm. ☺️ In front of the window you can hear the peaceful sheep and you have a great view of the sea. Tico was very communicative and friendly. The journey works well with a camper van, but a larger car does not fit through the narrow streets. We felt very comfortable all around!

The house couldn't be more beautiful, quiet, cozy, perfectly equipped and full of nice touches. Mery was always very attentive and even left us recommendations for excursions, beaches, and restaurants. We left a little piece of us in the house and in Cantabria.
