Very cozy apto, it exceeded the expectation. We were in 09 people and we were super well accommodated. 04 bedrooms are suites and 01 normal room, air-conditioning in all environments including bedrooms, kitchen and living room ! It has chairs and sunscreen! Large pool area and excellent for children, in short everything compliant. Host Raquel very attentive. Peaceful and unbroken accommodation. Would recommend.

The infrastructure is great, with covered parking, swimming pool and a playground for children. In addition, the house is equipped with complete household utensils and bedding, table and bath linens, ensuring comfort and practicality. The location is also a big difference: there are restaurants and markets nearby, and the beach can be easily accessed on foot. For those who wish to explore the region, the Beto Carrero park is only a 10-minute drive away, and towns such as Balneário Camboriú and Pomerode are a short drive away. It was a great stay, I would come back for sure!

I had an amazing experience in this apartment! Everything was clean, organized and very well equipped, providing comfort and practicality during my stay. The location on the beach is perfect, allowing moments of relaxation and leisure. The atmosphere is cozy and super complete, catering to all the needs. In addition, hosts are extremely helpful and considerate, always ready to help with anything. Undoubtedly, an excellent option for those seeking quality and convenience. Great stay! Everything was very well organized and well oriented so that we could make the most of our vacation, always responding quickly to our questions. The apartment is very beautiful and pleasant with plenty of space even for those staying with 7 people. Everything was very good. We even ended up forgetting a bag with a change of clothes that they promptly warned us about, and they will send it back to us by Sedex.

We are all satisfied with the accommodation,all very organized,all clean for our arrival. You can trust the communication from the management,from Dona Sônia that we welcomed on arrival until the end of the accommodation, provided me with all the information very quickly,an excellent person,very dear and attentive. Great location too,many good places to eat,stroll, quiet city, boat ride of Captain Gato very cool we love it. Nearby beaches,both by car and maybe we can go without any problems,several beaches on the island one more beautiful than the other. Cost benefit very much in mind, very good both the period we take. For the cost and everything the hotel we offered was very well paid. Complete apartment. Thanks Natália, Wesley and Mrs. Sonia. We'll be back soon.

Raquel is a very requested host. The apartment is beautiful , very well equipped and has a beautiful view to the beach and very well located tbm. The condominium premises are amazing, all beautiful ,clean and organized. Sure when I get back to Penha , I'll stay here again.

When I made the reservation, the host helped me promptly. Check-in was extremely flexible, allowing us to arrive early at the location. The hosts were extremely responsive, gave us several tips on places to visit. The house was extremely clean and organized. I felt right at home.

Our stay was wonderful!!! The apartment is well described in the listing, but in person it is much more beautiful! Facing a beautiful, clean and quiet beach, sensational landscape. Super well-equipped kitchen, extremely clean. Very clean bathrooms, too. Wonderful condominium, with a market inside that made it easier on the days when we didn't want to go to the market (which is two blocks away). Marcelo and Sheyla are super attentive, always in touch and available. Gislele's reception was a differential, super sweet, receptive and attentive. All this made it seem like we were not in an Air Bnb, but in a property of some dear friend who prepared the apartment with all the affection to receive us. We had an amazing time at 1004 B!

The neatly tidy and clean apartment. All necessary utensils in the kitchen. The excellent location, very good leisure area. The hostess received us and gave us all the details. Easy access to the building, garage, beach. Beach chair available. I really liked the location and the condominium. Bakery, market, pharmacy, everything nearby. Would again stay in this apartment.

The apartment is just like the posts, the host and his manager are super friendly and very helpful. We had a problem with the air in the children's room (it didn't turn on) and they changed it immediately, giving a quick response and according to the service. The unbeatable property has all the amenities available without any problems, without a doubt, a good choice.
