This location was perfect. Host was very responsive and proactive. Plenty of room and 5 minutes from Big Boulder. Peaceful, serene homey location. Would absolutely stay here again and use this host again. Thank you so much for a perfect stay :)

We had a great stay! Jennifer is a wonderful host and provided great communication and instructions for check-in. The house is very comfortable and clean and had all the amenities for our few nights stay while visiting family in the area. Although we didn't need to cook the kitchen is well stocked with all the stuff one would need to make a meal. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We'd definitely like to stay the next time we're in the area!

our winter recess getaway was lovely at this home. The space provided ample room for our family of 3. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. Despite the two snowstorms we kept warm by the fireplace. Thank you for a lovely trip!! Host was excellent!

If your looking for a spotless clean place to stay that is more than comfy this is your place! Owner messaged me through out the trip checking up on me:) went here for a trip to meet up with friends I have not seen in years and we all walked in and were shocked on how nice the place was. More than enough space to have 9-10 people. Kitchen, upstairs and downstairs rooms so nice! Bathrooms super clean. Whole place inside is very modern and so welcoming. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

This stay was so great! My friends and I had a great time here and was the perfect, relaxing place for our reading retreat. The space was clean and spacious enough for 8 of us to have our own space but still be together! Definitely recommend this stay to anyone!

Totally awesome. 3 minutes to blue mountain ski place. Love it. This place was very cozy! Comfortable. If weather had no snow, we would have enjoy the super large back yard!!! Huge enclosed back yard. Superior communication! Besides the nice size master bedroom, the other 2 rooms had nice bed size, if you have large luggage, it’s bit tighter. The twin bed room was tight. It’s typical for old fashion homes. We love the separate game room. We will def stay there again!!

This place is lovely! The host is responsive and helpful. The hot tub is a real plus - with the outdoor heater on, we enjoyed using it even though it was sleeting outside (too stormy to try the beautiful fire pit). The house and location are beautiful and spotless. The furnishings are luxe and comfortable. Awkward eating space options - no dining table or large kitchen table. It was unexpected that some of the listed beds are sofas and sofa beds in common rooms, including some of the only beds available when you have booked it for fewer guests. (The larger of two bedrooms and second bathroom are a second locked space that I was glad to access.) It may fit as many people as they listed if everyone shares beds, but not all privately or in actual bedrooms. If I'd had all eight single adult guests, like I paid for, the sleeping and dinner arrangements would have been more problematic. As it happened, overall a great, cozy experience despite unexpected bad weather.

The house is perfect for a group of 6, we all had king size beds! Loved the great room, game room and hot tub! There was enough nespresso cups and loose coffee for both mornings! Beautiful home!

This house was so beautiful. Looked exactly like the pictures. Each room had a cohesive aesthetic that we really loved. The game room/movie theater was a huge plus. Kept the kids busy whenever we were home. They loved the bunk room as well. Kevin was very responsive to any questions we had. Only 1/2 hr to camelback. We would definitely go back!

Came here for my moms 50th birthday! She wanted a space that she spend time with her kids! We made dinner, spent time in the family room, and enjoyed the hot tub. A lovely place thank you so much!

My family and I had a WONDERFUL time on our staycation! we cooked at the house for all our meals, spent time in the hot tub, and played games. Although I had trouble connecting the tv in my room to wifi, Craig was quick to respond. The house boast plenty of huge tv's in every room including an outstanding theater room! They added special touches including treats for guest, fresh towels and linens and games! Last but not least if you are a wine lover keep your cork and sign it you will just have to book to see my favorite added touch! Hope you all enjoy as much as we did. We are already talking about our next visit!!!

Gorgeous area, cute little cabin, and set back from neighbors and the road. We brought our pup and he thought he died and went to heaven. Felt perfectly safe to have him off leash because the cabin is far from the road and the area is nicely secluded. The babbling brook is icing on the cake.

Great for a quiet weekend away! If I’m ever back in the area I would stay again.

The stay at Susan’s tiny house was exactly what my boyfriend and I were hoping for a little romantic night away! The cabin feels so comfortable and getting to town to grab the necessities isn’t too far of a drive. We plan to stay here again during the summer to really enjoy the beautiful outdoor space and can’t thank Susan enough for her hospitality.

What an amazing weekend! Yuriy definitely pays attention to detail! This was a very last minute trip for my daughters 17th Birthday and my 1st time using Airbnb (I’ve always used VRBO) so I was a little worried…..as soon as we stepped into this amazing cabin all my worries were gone! The 1st thing you notice walking in was the smell of wood which I absolutely love! The place was immaculate! There were spices in the kitchen, candles to use in a few of the rooms, K-cups/sugar/creamer for coffee! The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. It was a 2 minute walk to the creek. The hot tub was definitely a highlight of our stay and we loved the lighting surrounding it. Wish it was a bit warmer to be able to use the fire pit and screened in porch. The floor to ceiling windows in the living room were amazing and we were able to spot several deer as well as a ton of turkeys during our stay. Very pleased with our stay! Thank you so much Yuriy!

The book showcasing the cabin’s transformation during renovations—it was so cool to see the journey behind the space we were enjoying. And thank you for the homemade soap. Naomi is an incredible host, and this cabin is truly a gem. Can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed a great couples Valentine’s Day weekend with our spouses! The house is beautiful, looks exactly like the photos online. Spotless. Plenty of amenities & extras. The jacuzzi hot tub was an amazing addition that we didn’t know we needed! The communication with Sue was great. She anticipated our needs & was quick to respond if we had questions. Close to local shopping, ski resorts & activities. We had a fantastic time. Looking forward to our next stay at Sue’s.

Beautiful place. Well-stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, and relaxing hot tub. Very secluded and private with woods and hills all around. We had a great winter weekend with friends, and skied at Elk which is an easy and pretty 30 minute drive.
