(hand picked towels bedding and a coffee bar), but more importantly is our exceptional housekeeper. She has over 20 years of experience and over 100 5 star reviews for cleanliness. Memorial Day thru Labor Day we offer free umbrella and two beach chairs. The booker must list names of guests & ages.

The home is only about a 15 minute drive to the sugar sand beaches in Pensacola, 2 minutes to get onto I-110, and 5 minutes from vibrant downtown Pensacola where you can enjoy amazing restaurants and local shops! Recently updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1200 sq ft. large open concept living and dining space and washer/dryer in the unit. Double sliders to the triple size balcony with amazing sunset views over The Little Sabine Bay and The Gulf of Mexico. Centrally located across the street from Casino Beach, The boardwalk, and great restaurants. This is truly one of the best spots on the island with the best of everything including the most amazing views with the convenience of walkability to everything.

Sugar Sands has three king bedrooms and fourth bunk room. This idyllic home has everything a family needs to create memories that will last a lifetime. Perdido Key is really the hidden gem of Florida and it tends to be quieter but still close enough to all the attractions and restaurants.

We fell in love with this ground floor, cozy condo with views that connect you to the sugar-white sand beaches and sparkling blue gulf waters. Our corner unit fills the rooms with sunshine and lots of Vitamin SEA and is very accessible to the pool, ocean, grilling area and parking. No hassle or waiting for elevators. HAPPY BEACHING!!
