Private separate entry if required. Bus and Train within 5 minute walk, beautiful Swan River 5 minute bicycle path immediately out front of house which provides direct access to river, Perth CBD, which is a max 20 min ride away. An additional room may be available at extra cost, TV and wireless broadband available free of charge. Pool (heated in summer) and separate spa. Outdoor alfresco kitchen and bbq area overlooking pool for guest use. Up stairs lounge area. A large upstairs balcony with Perth city glimpses One minute walk to bus stop. This stylish place is close to must-see destinations including Kings Park and the city center. Public transport is close, 5 minutes walking, it is frequent/13 minutes to the CBD. It is a spacious home with a maximum of two/three 3 guests at any given time. Parking on site is available, airport port pickup/ drop off can arranged.There is no provision for more than one guest per bedroom. All bedrooms have new king size single beds.
