Monthly Rentals in Peru

The farm is a beautiful, inspiring getaway. It’s the perfect balance of dreamy farmhouse, outdoor grandeur, utility, and no clutter. Our toddler felt right at home, too! If you find yourself thinking about a life in the hill towns (and you might!), there is a rich library of the history, landscape, and farming & conservation techniques of the area. Kim is friendly and responsive and everything is clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

This is my favorite rental. It is so cozy and open at the same time. There is plenty of space for everyone with two twin beds, a king bed in the loft, a fold out sofa and a queen bedroom downstairs for my daughter. The woods are beautiful and the house is in a quiet location. At the same time, it is not too far from the Allendale shopping area in Pittsfield, small stores in Hinsdale, as well as Williamsburg and Northampton. The house is very warm even in the winter, comes with everything you need to cook, and has laundry. The bedrooms are comfortable and bathrooms are nice. The TV and WIFI streaming work great. There is an extra long table which we use for games and a deck overlooking the backyard. Overall, it is a great place to stay for families.

World travelers here and we loved this house. We were super comfortable with a bedroom for each person and nice bathrooms and kitchen. We wished we could have used the outdoor amenities, but the house was super cozy for a wintry stay. We really appreciated all the supplies, from toiletries and towels, to coffee and a fully stocked kitchen. Great hosts and a great house in the Berkshires.

Marie's place was wonderfully charming and very clean. We appreciated the extra details that added to our stay. There were games, puzzles, and books for when we had free time. We appreciated that everything we needed to prepare a simple meal was in the kitchen, and that bathroom supplies were well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, with children playing and people going for walks. Our family enjoyed our stay, and we hope to visit again soon!
