Lovely little place. Great value accommodation to explore St John. Cory Lynn is extremely responsive and helpful. My favorite part was cooking and eating in the outdoor kitchen every morning.

Spotless, extremely well-stocked and incredibly peaceful. Monic has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. We've stayed at a LOT of Airbnb's and never have I seen so many thoughtful touches, so many little perks. The home worked perfectly for us as the two bedrooms were on separate ends, which allowed for a bit of extra privacy. (if you are travelling with your kids, give them the master bedroom as the queen bed and bath are both actually more spacious!) Loved having the pool as it was a wonderful way to cool off after a long day. Thank you Monic for the wonderful stay!

One of the best rentals we have stayed at! David and Denise were fantastic hosts that thought ahead about every need and amenity. Additionally, the walking distance to Peter Bay was very convenient and provided for excellent snorkeling. We certainly plan to stay there again in the future!

We had a great 1 week stay at Jeffrey's place! The rental was spacious & comfortable, and the view on the patio was beautiful - perfect for coffee or happy hour. We loved watching boats cruise into Red Hook. It's a good value & a really nice stay in a quiet neighborhood. A nice perk was being able to buy ice from the office for this community of buildings. We pack a cooler most days that was a huge win for us. Note for you light sleepers (like me): you will hear people walking upstairs + neighborhood roosters early every morning. My deep-sleeping husband was completely unaffected. 😂
