The apartment is well located, functional, pleasant, affordable, very quiet, no underfloor heating, extended walks in the nearby forest are available. 10 minutes to the highway exit A7. Fulda 6 km downtown, 7 WeltenTherme 2 km, Wasserkuppe 14 km. Downtown Fulda 6 km.

High-quality, lovingly & ecologically renovated apartment on the first floor of a historic building (built ~1520) in a cul-de-sac in the middle of Fulda. The city center is a 3-minute walk. Die gepflegte Einliegerwohnung liegt in ruhiger Lage unterhalb des Rauschenbergs in einem Wohngebiet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine Pizzeria sowie ein Bäckerei sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch die Innenstadt und der Bahnhof sind nur ca. 30 Gehminuten entfernt. Domplatzkonzerte, Musicals im Stadtschloss oder auch die Veranstaltungen am der Hessentag 2026 könnt ihr super in 2 Minuten mit dem Bus oder entspannt zu Fuß erreichen. Bei uns habt ihr es ruhig aber trotzdem stadtnah.

Welcome to our home! We rent a cozy, and large sheep/living room with kitchen and bathroom on the first floor of the house. The apartment is located in Fulda - Kohlhaus. Parking spaces are available at the top of the street for free. By car, you'll be downtown in about 10 minutes, but you can also take the bus. The stop is about 8 minutes walking from the apartment. Shopping is good at the Kaiserwiesen shopping center. By foot about 18 min.

At the foot of the Frauenberg, directly on the Fulda river, we rent a holiday apartment renovated in 2021 in our historic watermill with up to four sleeping options in two separate bedrooms. Located on the outskirts of Fuldas, the city center can be reached on foot (about 20 minutes) or by bike. Our large yard also offers free parking. Shopping can be reached in two minutes on foot. Two lively, friendly dogs live on the farm.
