Luciano's villa was everything we expected and more from comfortable beds with pristine laundry, great showers, fully equipped kitchen and in the best location. The views off of the veranda were simply stunning and we enjoyed spotting the birds and watching the deer grazing in the evenings. Our communication with Luciano and his family was great and they were very quick to respond when we messaged them, nothing was too much trouble. We traveled many miles on our weeks stay, Italy is simply beautiful and we cannot wait to return. To future guests - if you like peace and tranquility, beautiful countryside with stunning views and picturesque towns and villages we would highly recommend a stay in Luciano's villa. Simon's house and the views from it were amazing! The house was very nicely renovated and, since there were 3 of us staying, we appreciated having 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was nicely equipped and we prepared dinner there several times. We have stayed near Cagli before and so are familiar with the area, and the location of the house allowed us to easily take day trips to Urbino, Gubbio and up into the mountains all the way almost to the top of Monte Catria. We loved our stay at Simon's house and would happily return again the next time we are in the Cagli area.

The village of Caprile was a pleasant discovery for us: intimate and quiet surrounded by nature but still just a few minutes by car from the main amenities. We were both able to take nice walks and be able to explore the area with ease. Michele's home has its own character and enjoys the influence of different cultures. Everything is taken care of from the inside to the outside. The terrace also has a barbecue station and you can take advantage of Michele's green thumb to enrich the dishes with its aromatic herbs. The hot tub offers great relaxation. Michele was a great guest.

The house is located in a beautiful place in the Apennines, relatively close to cities such as Gubbio, Urbino and Cagli, which are worth a visit, but above all surrounded by nature and silence as well as many paths to walk nearby and for all levels. Obviously, you are a little lost so the amenities like supermarkets etc. are not right around the corner, so you need to prepare. The road to get to the house is a mountain road (paved), so quite narrow but easily accessible given the very little traffic. The house is comfortable and spacious, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need (pots, condiments, coffee...), there is a terrace with beautiful views, there is no heating (hot water yes) but there is a fireplace. The host Riccardo was super helpful and kind: both in terms of check-in and check-out, and during the stay, he took care that there was everything you need, from linens to wood for the fireplace.
