The bungalow with a 70s decor is located on the edge of a quiet small-scale park, 1.5 km from the sea. The bedroom has an electrically adjustable bed (2x80) and the living room a sofa bed. The kitchen and bathroom (with shower) have been completely renovated. The bungalow is 60 m2 and has a very spacious garden. Your dog is also welcome. 100 meters from the park is the small but beautiful nature reserve Wildrijk, which is known for the thousands of wild hyacinths that bloom there in April/May. The flowering tulip fields also color the wide surroundings. The car park is located at the beginning of the park. The park itself is car-free. In the parking lot there are luggage carts to carry your belongings to the cottage. Sint Maartensvlotbrug is located on the North Holland coast between Callantsoog and Petten. It is a very good bike and hiking area. The Schoorl dunes are 10 kilometers to the South and Den Helder 20 kilometers to the North. In the dunes between Sint Maartenszee and Callantsoog lies the special Swan water with its spoonbills. The bicycles that are there can be used. In Sint Maartensvlotbrug there is a Spar and in Callantsoog an AH that is open 7 days a week until 10 pm. In Sint Maartenszee there is a laundromat if necessary. Paal 14 is a cozy, comfortable, classy 4-person cottage on a beautiful avenue, within walking distance of the dunes, climbing dune, the village with shops and restaurants. It is a fully independent house with garden with lots of privacy. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room with pellet stove and a new open kitchen, which is equipped with all comforts. Behind the house is a private garden with terrace. On the second floor are a bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 4 beds and a laundry room with washing machine.

Our vacation cottage is located on the super beautiful 5-star campsite de Watersnip in Petten. All amenities are available. An outdoor swimming pool, à la carte restaurant, supermarket, entertainment team, bike rental, laundry, and much more. It is located within walking distance of the beach. There are beautiful cycling and hiking routes in the area. The mountain bike trail of Schoorl is 5 km away. Cities in the vicinity are Schagen and Alkmaar. In short, a vacation destination with plenty of possibilities.

Stolpboerderij on the West Frisian sea dike

This double farmhouse dates from the 17th century. A beautiful holiday home of more than 100m2 has recently been built in the front house behind the barn doors. All facilities are located on the ground floor. Such as a spacious sitting area with views of the West-Frisian Circular Dyke, a cooking island and a spacious bathroom with a free-standing bath and separate shower. There is a garden with a terrace. Ons chalet staat in het mooie rustige Waarland. Wat te doen in Waarland : Vlinderado, indoor minigolf, boot huren via HappyWale, buitenzwembad Waarland. Binnen 25 minuten rijden ben u bij het strand van Callantsoog of het mooie duingebied in Schoorl. De mooie steden Alkmaar en Schagen (15 minuten rijden) zijn ook zeker de moeite waard om te bezoeken. Vakantierijk Waarland is bezig met het park te vernieuwen. Onze chalet staat aan de rand van de camping waardoor u er weinig last van heeft.

Our cozy holiday bungalow in the park "de Watersnip" in the coastal village of Petten are close to the beach and the canals leading around the park. From the parking lot, you go by a small shell path to our private, hedge-lined retreat. The Park de Watersnip, where our sea time is located, also has great leisure activities (pool, etc.) available to our tenants & guests. De sfeervolle woonkamer is heerlijk licht en door de glazen pui, voorzien van zonnewering, over de volle breedte van de living kunt u de gehele dag genieten zowel binnen als buiten. Met de dubbele tuindeuren kunt u de woonkamer optimaal met het terras verbinden. Naast een grote eettafel/bar is er een royale zithoek met flatscreen TV. De luxe open keuken is volledig uitgerust met kwaliteitsapparatuur zoals een vaatwasser, oven en een koelkast.

Our B&B is located in the heart of Waarland, with Alkmaar, Schagen and Heerhugowaard are within cycling distance. It is a guest house for 4 people, suitable for a family with older children. There is no train station in Waarland, and there are no buses in the evening. Without a car, we may not be the right location. For stays longer than 5 days, a discount is given, but you must provide your own breakfast.
