The small bungalow is a great base to explore the towns of Potsdam, Caputh, Ferch or Werder Havel. The bungalow has two rooms, a living room with double bed and kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. And there is a large terrace. The bungalow is suitable for a couple or a family with a maximum of one small child. We don't rent to construction workers.

After a short walk (about 3 minutes) you can reach the accommodation by various public transport (regional train, tram, bus). You can do small shopping for food, flowers, books, pharmacy, bike rental, restaurants and pizza service within 200 meters to the accommodation. New from 09/ 2022: Optionally, 1 parking space can be booked on the property for 5.00€/night.

The apartment in the palace park, which is equipped with stylish, exceptional and antique furniture, impresses with its direct proximity to Caputh Palace and the state capital of Potsdam. Potsdam can be reached in just half an hour by bike, but also by bus, which departs in the immediate vicinity. The Schwielowsee region is one of the most popular recreational areas near Berlin. The quiet apartment (52 square meters) is part of a fisherman's house with an idyllic garden and century-old trees. It has a separate entrance and extends over two levels. The living area with kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave, stove) and the bathroom (shower) open up to the garden and courtyard. The bedroom (overlooking trees and water) is accessible via a staircase. The apartment is stylishly furnished and has a small library.

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

-- The inn is closed in winter until March! -- Otherwise, when you're with us, sit back and relax – in this quiet, stylish place. The guest house is on our property, but somewhat separated and therefore private. The Petzinsee swimming area is about a 10-minute walk away. In just a few minutes by car or by bus or bicycle you can reach Potsdam with its sights. Berlin can also be reached quickly from Potsdam by train or S-Bahn.

Small pearl on Lake Schwielowsee

Arrive and feel good!!!!! The cozy cottage with very special charm can accommodate 3-4 people. The location is very central and only 100 m from the beautiful Schwielowsee, the beach and Caputher Gemünde. The regional train and bus start right outside the door and are the ideal starting point for quick trips to the cities of Potsdam and Berlin. The house has a small garden with a sun terrace and two covered terraces.

Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over the Templin lake make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and private sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.
