I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. This is a cozy 30 m2 home with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and TV. The ground floor bathroom is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilet at the entrance of the house is shared.

Comfortable eco-lodge 5 km from the A89 (exit 22) on the banks of the river. For vacations, sightseeing, work. A short break by the fire in a natural and romantic setting entirely dedicated to nature (included: sheets, bath towels, dish towels, soap, household products, breakfast on reservation). Old mill (wheelchair accessible) and private parking. If there is a place of excellence for calm and rejuvenation, it is undoubtedly with us.

My Campaign

Large stone house, originally a mill, on two levels, comfortable, with enclosed private garden. Pets allowed. Quietly located in a valley by the river Maulde and in a lovely village in the PNR of Millevaches in Limousin. 6 km from all shops. Need to recharge? Treat yourself to a moment of calm in our small, recently refurbished, simple and friendly cabin, waterfalls and marked trails. Ideally located 10 minutes from Lake Bariousses, 15 minutes from Treignac and 30 minutes from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on-site tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish in the pond (hours and rates on carpodrome.fr).

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.

Our house is located on the outskirts of the village of Peyrat-le-Château in a quiet area. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-dining room and a living room overlooking the countryside. We provide a courtyard to park your vehicle. Lake Vassivière is 5 km away and will delight hiking or mountain biking enthusiasts. We accept your pet and wish you a pleasant stay in our family home.
