Really nice old building apartment with bright rooms, parquet flooring and large windows. Two bedrooms, one dining room and living room with two sofa beds. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub, sauna, cross trainer, rowing machine and a huge roof terrace with lounge and dining area. Here you can feel very comfortable, like at home and on vacation at the same time! In the house there are massages, opposite is a hairdresser, around the corner cafes and downstairs is my bar, which is open from Mon-Sat.

Furthermore, the house has 2 bathrooms with toilet & an additional toilet on the 1st floor. There is both a shower and 2 bathtubs. On the lower floor there is also a gym & laundry room with washing machine incl. Dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped, incl. fully automatic coffee machine, etc.

The house is near Eching, so you can reach the S-Bahn (direction city centre/airport) in 5 minutes by car, the city centre/airport in 20 minutes and the exhibition centre in approx. 30 minutes.
