My friend stayed there during my hospital stay in town. He got a free upgrade from single to double room due to some clutter in room numbers during check-in. He felt like in a luxury home with a large kitchen and bathroom. Closer to a 1-bedroom luxury apartment. Delicious with access to laundry service. I especially recommend the place for longer stays.

I had an amazing stay in Golding Ball, nothing to complain about. Check-in and checkout perfect, excellent parking space outside, as well as inside. The room was spacious and super clean as expected, huge bathroom, huge bed and a huge sofa and TV. And a well fitted kitchen for cooking all the meals from breakfast to dinner.

We stayed with three people at Stefanie's place. It was all as described, clean and very spacious, fast communication and clear hints. Very good restaurants within walking distance. Both the tram and the subway can also be reached quickly, so you can reach the city in a few minutes. Highly recommended location!

We were staying 3 nights . Great attention , close to everything . 10 minutes from Central Station. Do everything on foot . Very nice place to stay. Our room overlooked a very beautiful internal patio. The kitchen part was quite complete and with very good dishes and utensils. I would stay again without any hesitation.

We will gladly book the place again as we are in the area once a year! The apartment is very cozy, clean and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking! The view of the pond is as described beautiful and also with our dog we could go for a wonderful walk here.

Everything was great. Coffee machine is a big plus. Only thing that is bad for 6th floor apartment is that you enter the room from the outside coridor, wish is not convinient if the weather is bad.

The apartment is nice and well equipped. The center of Munich is very close (walking distance within 5/10 mins). Communication with the host was excellent. For those traveling by car, there is a payment public parking in front of the apartment.

Everything is great, especially the flexible digital check-in and the top location. Everything very clean, well equipped! Be careful with the smoke detector: it is easily triggered by cooking. A "hickup": Cleaner probably forgot the dish soap in the kettle, unfortunately I only noticed it while drinking tea. But it can happen!
