Very spacious ocean view beach house near beach

You can hear the ocean and smell the sea in this very large, renovated beach house with an ocean view and short walk from Smiths beach but away amongst bushland. Upstairs is ideal to relax, entertain your friends and enjoy the views with cathedral ceilings, ample natural light, wood fire and huge ocean facing deck with BBQ and outdoor dining. Downstairs is a rumpus room for big or small kids and outside has room for boats or boards. Ping-pong, X-Box, Wifi, firewood, and Netflix are included.

Our holiday house is our sanctuary! It is adjacent to the 60-hectare Citation Reserve so when you sit in the living room or on the balcony you feel like you are in the trees! The birds, stars and peace & quiet make this a beach & garden holiday house like no other. Walk to the Mt Martha village for coffee, explore the walking trails on the boardwalk, go to the beach, have the kids play soccer in the huge fenced yard. PLEASE NOTE - after Christmas and in January I have a minimum 7 night stay.
