Enjoy time away from the crowds at our newly built home conveniently located in a private setting between the town of Bath and Popham Beach (one of Maine’s most beloved beaches for walks, swims, surf, it’s historic fort, and Spinney’s, a perfect place for a post beach day snack, dinner, or ice cream) (and not far from Brunswick and Portland either!). 2 bedrooms with queen size bed, one with day bed as well, and a large couch downstairs w/a pull out section (pillows and sheets inc)for sleeping.

We also rent the 3 bedroom/2 bath house directly across from the cottage (you can find it at Popham-beach-house), and the cottage next door. Note that the cottage is seasonal.

Located on 8 acres of very private pristine Maine landscape. 10 minutes to Bath. 19 minutes to Popham beach. 30 minutes to Freeport. 45 minutes to Portland. 5 minutes to public boat launch. Unfortunately, as much as we love furry family members, due to health risks for our family we are not able to host animals including service dogs. ❤️ 🐶 🐈‍⬛ 💕

Popham - Mah-Bella Beach House!

Built in 2005, our year round cottage is located between Fort Popham and the state park. Beach chairs, corn-hole, bocce ball and many other kids toys all provided. Outdoor propane fireplace with seating in a screened in porch. All Tv's are smart tv's with access to youtube tv. A whole house standby generator is hooked up for power outage issues. Many guests have returned for several years. Come fall asleep to the sound of the ocean!

Autumn is here, and the maples are turning red along the road down from Bath. Days are warm but crisp, and nights are chilly; our guests on Todd Bay have begun building evening fires in the wood stove. We still have a few more available nights in October for fall getaways -- and we're starting to look ahead to May and the 2027 season!
