We had a truly wonderful stay at Marco’s Villa. The house has excellent accommodation and is extremely well appointed. Situated within a few minutes drive of central Balestrate and all the amenities it has to offer (supermarket, butchery, pharmacy, restaurants), it is an ideal location with easy access to all the key tourist spots. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor living element of the property, making use of the swimming pool, hot tub, bbq and pizza oven with al fresco dining and relaxing. Giuseppa was a superb host; very welcoming, charming and helpful. We can highly recommend Marco’s property.

The experience at Gianluca's villa was simply unforgettable. Immersed in an oasis of tranquility, the villa offers unparalleled tranquility, ideal for those who want to get away from the daily hustle and bustle. The pool, perfectly cared for, is the real heart of the house: spending the days on the bathtub with a splendid view of the sea has been restorative. The view is breathtaking, with the sea stretching over the horizon, offering incredible shows especially at sunset. At night, the starry sky was the icing on the cake. The lack of light pollution has made it possible to admire once celestial times punctuated by stars, creating a magical and romantic atmosphere. In short, this villa is perfect for those looking for an elegant and relaxing retreat, where the sea, nature and peace meet in perfect balance. I can't wait to go back!

We stayed with 6 people in the beautiful house of Paolo. It has ample space for everyone. The garden is spacious and beautifully designed. The kitchen is missing a few small things. The contact was always very friendly, our requests and small concerns were always fulfilled quickly. We booked the first time through Abnb. Thank you so much for the wonderful time

We felt at home and in a great location, was perfect for our family

Super kind and nice people. We arrived with public transportation, and they were so kind to pick us up at the train station, and leave us there again on the day of departure. The pool area was super. We only shared it with one other apartment, so plenty of room for all. We are a family of 5, kids aged 7, 11 and 13, and with a nice fishing village, lots of restaurants and beaches within 30 minutes walk, it was an ideal stay for us.

We had a wonderful week here. The hosts were very welcoming. We had a couple of minor issues at the start which were resolved immediately. Emanuele is a very attentive host. The house, garden and pool provide a wonderful space to relax and unwind. Going in April, the pool was pretty cold but the kids got on with it and the parents treated it as an invigorating refresher! With Cefalu just down the road, the mountains behind, and Palermo an easy day trip, there’s plenty to do if you want to.

Spacious vila with great outdoor space and good privacy. We stayed with our family with young kids and besides the pool there was plenty of entertainment for them. We loved the involvement of host Rosario. Very involved during our visit and made sure we had everything we needed. A charming retreate getway from busy city life. If I were a writer I would most likely create a master peace whilst staying at Villa Sperling. The accommodation is a great getaway with a magnificent view from the terrace of Santa Flavia and Sicily and is only 17 kilometres east of the capital Palermo. Note you will need a car to get you around. The garden is wonderful idyllic and peacfull with fresh fruits, Oranges, Lemons and Grapefruit. Overall we had a wonderful stay whilst cooking Sicilian food speciality’s with accompanying wines from the region. If I were to add a negative connotation it would be that the coffee stove top moka coffee pot was to small. The kitchen could benafit from a coffee machine, apart from this the flat is very well equipped and has all the creature comforts of home.

We stayed for four weeks in march. We had a great time, we fell in love with the place and their lovely dog Fiocco who is very sweet, also to children. Therèse and Viviana were very kind and helpful when we had questions. The house is situated in the middle of a large lemon grove and a daily stroll to the sea (it's a pebble beach) is greatly recommended. The nearby village San Stefano di Camastra is great for an ice cream and a coffee. We expected more hikes to be near, as it is located right next to Nebrodi but finding and reaching hotspots (hiking or otherwise) was ultimately harder than expected. We encountered this across Sicily though and is not related to the house itself. Our children loved to roam around the premises and find their own little adventures. All in all, we had a great relaxed stay and felt in tune with rural Sicily.

We spent a week here and will definitely book again when we return to Mondello. The apartment was clean and had the essentials we needed. Location is prime - super close to the beach - what more could you ask for?

We had very relaxing days there. The house was great, very nice and modern and the view of the sea and the rocks of Cefalu was just great.

Very good support, cool to have private access to the sea! Good place to visit different nice places, bakery in walking distance if you like a morning walk, open at 7 am!

Gabriele’s place is great to relax and explore the surrounding part of Sicily. I’ll definitely recommend a car to get around and do the shopping but essentials such as ice cream and a bakery are in walking distance. The place fits 7-8 people easily and all the essentials are there. Gabriele is a great host, kind and super responsive! Definitely would come back.

A beautiful little house between the sea and orange fields. 10 minutes from the center of Sciacca and the state road to Agrigento. Perfect location to reach the archaeological sites of the area. The calm and tranquility give this beautiful place a magical touch. Lorenzo is very kind and attentive to every question and advice. I highly recommend it!

This was by far the nicest airbnb! Floriana is a class act and has thought of everything -providing answers in advance, recommendations, etc.The house is lovely and decorated by an experienced host. It is just beautiful. Initially finding the property was a little challenging- but after the first time, all was good. Easy drive to Cefalu. A MUST DO—-she arranged for Chef Francesca to cook for us at the house beach front! Just terrific. I will recommend this house and Floriana 1000%! She also has other houses and boutique hotels in Palermo.

I have been using Airbnb for many, many years. This stay was by far, the absolute best on many levels. The hosts greeted us personally, (very rare) and were so personable and accommodating. The home was absolutely spotless. The hosts brought sweets us local sweets and a ride into town to retrieve our noleggio. The view of the sea is second to none! I wish we were staying longer. Thank you!!!

Very much enjoyed staying at Salvatore’s house. Everything was as described and looked just like the photos. Pristinely clean and well accommodated, it had everything we needed. The outdoor space in particular was very special and the pool was pristine.

We greatly enjoyed the house, the beautiful garden and of course the swimming pool. The Italian weather was a nice gift for us in April. The owners are extremely friendly. Everything was as described in the listing. I'd recommend to everyone. Extra tip: We sailed with a motorboat via Makari Boat rental in Castellamare del Golfo. Very cool to do. An amazing getaway! A pristine, rustic, and cozy sicilian home nestled in a citrus and olive orchard with a 200 meter walk to the beach. Quiet, except for the birds and the occasional car. Full kitchen to cook what you learned at at a local cooking class and a great family run restaruant an few minutes walk away. Close to main roads for adventures out and a train station about a kilometer away if you prefer. The host was friendly and helpful with recomendations and understanding Sicily if it is your first time. He spoke English very well and a variety of other languages. This was a great location to live and breathe Sicillian culture and to have a quiet place to rest. Overall an amazing countryside stay that was still close to Cefalu and Palermo. Highly recommended!

The property is a great starting point for day trips to Sicily. The good train connections to Palermo and the airport are an absolute plus. The house is quietly located in a residential area and the view from the roof to the sea is just great.

I recommended this place if you travel by car. Away from the hustle abd bustle of the city. The Sea is very close. Nearby nice cafes and restaurants. The only minus - pretty bad internet. Great, responsiv host. 🤗

What a beautiful stay in Sicily. A 125 year old Baglio refurbished in the authentic style. As you can see in the photos, the interior is clean and taken care of to the last detail. Lovely so much space. You surround yourself in an old farm with several stays and a shared patio with the most beautiful blooming and fragrant trees. An oasis of peace and beauty. The Baglio is surrounded by olives and citrus trees and feel free to walk around. You feel like a local. The owner Elena stays in one of the rooms and is always there if you need her. Elena is a warm, sweet and inspiring lady. All the tips you get from her can be followed right away, all top tips. This Baglio and surroundings allowed us to relax and enjoy Sicily. It felt like home. 7 min drive is in you the Balestrate village with various restaurants and the beach. Perfect location to do a different activity every day. Elena thanks for everything!
