Our stay was very pleasant, everything was fine. However, it's important to note that each villa contains a total of three apartments, which might matter for those looking for more privacy.

An Absolutely perfect week. Stefanos was really kind and flexible helping us checking in very late after a delayed flight. The villa was very clean, calm and there was a lovely donkey next door. Your own car is a MUST since it is quite far away. A big thank you to stefanos for being so kind and helpful 24/7! Will hopefully be back someday!

Magnificent magnificent! We lived in an oasis near Palermo and enjoyed a beautiful saltwater pool surrounded by olive trees, flowers and a large deck with an outdoor shower. Perfect and totally private. The house has all you need and it’s near to Palermo as well as the ocean and great seafood restaurants. Floriana and Roberto are the most welcoming hosts and they do all they can to make you relax! When you enter this flower villa you never want to leave, just sit on the pool-deck, enjoy the surrounding mountains and breathe Sicily in. We will definitely come back!

We were completely satisfied. The entire property including the house, the spacious garden and the great swimming pool impressed us very much and we immediately felt comfortable. You had the feeling of having arrived in a small piece of "paradise." In fact, both the pool and the garden were even more beautiful in reality than in the photos here. Convenient location. Everything (supermarket, bakery, delicatessen, cafes, restaurants …) is within walking distance and the small swimming cove is authentic, heavenly and beautiful. Clemente is a great host, the communication was great, he responds very quickly and is very friendly, helpful and hospitable. For us there was plenty of fresh fruit, delicious pastries from Terrasini, fresh drinking water and coffee the whole time. We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the place. Both with large and smaller children, a small, fine green oasis.

Gorgeous location, fabulous hosts - nothing was too much trouble. A really lovely family who gave great recommendations and were so helpful in general. The view is far better than described you can actually see the sea from the terrace. A great family break!

Guido and his wife were super friendly and helped us from the beginning when our flight was hours too late. they drove us to the car rental and whatever we needed they responded immediately. The secret excess to the beach was very special and the house perfect for a family. thank you for the time being !!!

We were seven adults in Giuseppe's lovely place. The house looks exactly like the pictures - very clean and lovingly furnished. The pool was very large and also the sea and a beautiful, expansive beach are only 2min walk away. The kitchen is perfectly equipped (e.g. automatic juicer, sharp knives, large boards, new pans and pots, great coffee from capsule machine, large fridge/freezer, kitchen scale, etc.). The outdoor space is huge! The BBQ area with sink and induction stove is especially great. The only "downside": relatively close to seven, as two people sleep on the sofa bed in the kitchen and the bed on the upper floor has no direct access to the house and toilet. Best available for five or with children. A car is needed to go shopping. We would come back anytime, thank you!

Marco's place is outstanding. We arrived and got the keys with ease (Daniele greeted us and was fantastic, showed us around and gave us tips) Marco's communication was great. The Villa exceeded our expectations (Family of 4, kids 13 and 11). There was so much space, everything you needed (Marco stocked up the fridge for us, thank you). Bedrooms are nice and roomy, plenty of sleeping g options. The outdoor space is to die for, from eating outside, to the patio outside the bedrooms upstairs, and then the masterpiece which is the swimming pool. It is quiet, and even in Mid April, it's a sun trap up there. An amazing stay, one which we are already planning to come back to. Thank you, Marco! A couple of pointers: • Driveway is steep, but you'll be fine after 1st time •If going to Cefalù and sat nav says turn right out of the Villa, don't! It'll take you down the smallest road and take an extra 15 mins • If parking in cefalu park at Parcheggio central park Cefalù (always space, and lovely!)

Beautiful and quiet location with a spectacular view. It was about a 30-40 minute walk to Cefalu centre, which was manageable and quite beautiful. It was definitely nice being in a quieter neighbourhood instead!

Ornella and her daughter Beatrice were wonderful hosts. They responded to my questions in a timely manner.—- always pleasant and eager to help. The Villa and its surroundings and location were perfect for my group. The outdoor space was amazing! I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone wanting to be near Palermo and the beach!

I loved the home it is ready for long stays with a beautiful view. Make sure to rent a car. If you want a peaceful home for a group this is perfect and has everything you need. Paolo is a great host and we felt welcome and will definitely be back again!

Just completed a 4 night stay. The property was great! Views better than shown on listing. The apartments are well stocked with basic necessities (shampoo, laundry detergent, dish soap, coffee, water,etc). We were met by the host and shown around, they communicated well and checked in on us to see if we needed anything. A short drive to Mondello Beach or Port of Palmermo. Plenty of space in the apartments for our group! Very happy with the property! Thank you!

Amazing! Magical! You should stay here :) Honestly, this is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in the world including fancy hotels. The house is located on a nature reserve, which meant it was quiet and beautiful with truly spectacular views. The sound of the ocean, the fragrant smells of the garden, the relaxing patio overlooking the cliffs and the water - it just seemed unreal. Our friends said it was like being in a movie. The house was very comfortable and relaxed but also well done - modern kitchen, bathrooms and doors. Easily space for 8 people. Caterina was a fantastic host - very easy to communicate with and had a whole array of goodies for us when we entered including fresh fruit, cookies, bread, jam, tea, coffee, milk etc. The town nearby was walkable and we ate at a great pizzeria close by. The nature preserve, tide pools, everything - just phenomenal. I can’t recommend highly enough - and I can’t wait to go back!

The house has a unique location right on the sea! It is rather small inside, the kitchen is accessible via the terrace. The bedrooms are small. In the bathroom and in the back bedrooms it smells a little musty (the built-in closet should be replaced). Aaaaber...the kitchen is very well equipped and the huge, wonderful terrace more than makes up for all small things expandable!!! Unfortunately, the hot tub didn't always work, but Giorgio immediately provided a repair. It was a wonderful stay and we would absolutely recommend this place!!! Thanks to Giorgio, Alberta and Mamta

We were with a group of 11 friends staying at the villa which was very beautiful and spacious. The architecture is amazing, keeping old and new structures to perfection. Communication with the agency was very good and our welcoming host mariella was so responsive and friendly and organised a walking trip in the mountains on our request. The barbecue and outdoor sitting area was very pleasant. I would advice you to ask clear instructions on how to get to the villa as not so evident. Once you know it however, it’s ok.

We spent 5 pleasant days at Fabrizio and Lavinia's Villa. Communications were always accurate and timely. The property is reminiscent of a small Hollywood villa transplanted to Sicily. Designed and tastefully furnished, the villa and especially its swimming pool allow you to enjoy a relaxing stay in privacy. The two hosts live in the basement and are often away during the day for work. The villa coexists physiologically with the small fauna of the Sicilian countryside, for example with the cute geckos that come in the evening to snoop around. Recommended for those who want to relax in a large, clean, quiet environment, surrounded by nature that can even be sumptuous in some of its details.

Very nice stay. Fantastic view from the pool. House is good, small and cute of architecture, good cuisine, absolutely good for a summer vacation. Maybe wipe it again before, but we still give full stars. The outdoor area and the view of the bay and mountains are really 10 out of 10 points. House is easily accessible by car. about 10 minutes to Cefalu City and less than 10 minutes to the harbor. We really enjoyed the holiday here very much.

This trip was only for 1 night in Palermo, me and other guests of the host Danilo, did not even expect that you can get so many emotions and impressions from staying at his villa. Recommendations for trips, purchases to the supermarket, and the city. Constant communication, and unprecedented responsiveness and incredible responsibility. Danilo confidently helps and constantly supports his guests from planning their trip, ending only on the way home. Thank you Danilo! I hope I will be lucky enough to be in Palermo again, and then after a wonderful walk in Palermo, return to his quiet villa with friends and spend a comfortable time together.

Our stay at Isen & Nino‘s was amazing. The house with its huge and well kept garden with orange and lemon trees is very spacious and modern. A big plus was having three separate bed-rooms, especially bigger families will benefit from that. Communication was easy and the area beautiful - we went for a peaceful time in between wine yards and away from mass tourism. Highly recommended.

Andrea and his parents were very friendly and helpful. Andrea was always available and provided very quick responses to our questions which was very much appreciated. We would highly recommend Andrea’s property and a car is required. It’s very easy to drive around the neighbourhood with many restaurants and grocery stores close by. The Capaci train station is close by to get into Palermo and beyond.

We had a great stay at Riccardos house, the location is perfect, close to Palermo and close to the airport. The check in was easy and everything was clean. We had a little problem with the power at the first day, but Riccardo responded directly and came to fix the problem. In general Riccardo responds very quick to everything and puts in afford that we had good time. Can definitely recommend.

This place is located in an out of the way road and is very calm. It has the necessary equipments, the exterior is very nice and the pool is just wonderful

The stay in Alcamo was simply a dream! The breathtaking view and exclusivity of the location have made every moment unforgettable. The attention to detail was impeccable, every aspect was carefully considered to ensure a unique and relaxing experience. I highly recommend visiting Alcamo and staying at this exceptional villa. Incredible! One of, if not the best, Airbnb we've stayed at -- and we've been to a few! The house is well represented in the photos but the outdoor space was amazing. A giant covered outdoor kitchen, with plenty of seating, BBQ and pizza oven was the hub our stay, looking out over the hills. The pool was heated to 30C even in April, the kids swam multiple times a day. The outdoor area was also great for exploring with the kids. The kitchen is well equipped, the house has everything you need for a peaceful stay. The Wi-Fi covers the house and gardens and is fast enough for streaming. Getting to the house is easier than we thought it would be given the location, the road is wide enough for cars in both directions, not too twisty and well maintained (we stayed somewhere similar in Spain that was dramatic to get to). The town of Mistretta has a selection of supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants. Best of all, Enzo (Martina's father) and his wife were such lovely hosts.
