We give our guests a fully structured and complete Apt, even with air-conditioning. We live in a neighborhood CLOSE to downtown Gramado. We live in a cul-de-sac and very quiet and offer 2 private parking spaces for 4 Aptos. By car it takes about 4 minutes and walking about 15 minutes, where at the end of this street there is a staircase that connects access towards the central neighborhood. Family atmosphere, where we give our partners privacy and freedom with a beautiful view of the city and sunset.

My place is close to activities for families, for example Florybal's Chocolate Factory, about 500 meters. You can use the free shuttle from the factory to visit its parks in Canela. Relatively close to Rua Coberta and downtown Gramado.. Close to several markets. You will love my space for having a full kitchen, the views are beautiful, the location is perfect for those who do not want to depend only on the car, cozy place for a good price..
