Beautiful apartment, fully equipped, organized and clean. The view is wonderful. Fernanda, with whom we checked in and checked out, is super helpful, friendly and always attended to us promptly.

The apartment is located in a very quiet area and in a condominium that provides a lot of security. The area has several restaurants and supermarkets and you can walk to the center where more services are located. The apartment is very comfortable and functional, we were 5 people and we were very comfortable.

Very pleased with my stay. Well decorated and equipped apartment. Privileged location, facing a valley and with a lot of green around. A lot of tranquility just 4 or 5km from the center of Gramado.

Hi, We were in the apartment for a week and we thought it was wonderful. All very clean, organized, top beds, plenty of space, all working perfectly according to the description of the listing. The location is good, being very close to the center and black lake, we went several times on foot, from Uber to the center is very cheap the route, around R$8.60 (value in April 2025). The hosts were well educated and helpful in chat conversations, who received us was Jeferson (caregiver of the apartment) very nice and friendly, in addition to giving us all support at the entrance and exit. In short, very good the experience, we will return to Gramado with a larger group of friends, and we will definitely stay in the same apartment… Super refer to other guests!

Excellent apartment, new, with extremely good taste decoration. The two en-suites served my family well (couple and 2 daughters). The location is good, it is not in the center, so we take the car whenever we need to get around (with the difficulties of parking there due to the holiday season and the consequent overcrowding of the city). We highly recommend it and intend to return.

Our days in the apartment of Danilo were wonderful! The apto is well assembled, with all amenities for a quiet stay in Gramado. The bedding is great and the tranquility of the street is even better! We are attached to the excellent view and want to return. When we return to Gramado, we will again look for this fit, which, for us, a couple with two small children, was 10/10.

Wonderful place, beautiful and cozy house, for people who live in apartments, like us, was a wonderful experience with a fireplace and everything. Vale commend Dona Odete for her great performance, served us with firewood and fire, we forgot the key inside the house and she promptly helped us. Lastly, wonderful place.

Our stay was great. Beautiful days of carnival: Pool, kiosk and barbecue, all very close. The bedrooms and the living room have air-conditioning, to sleep and rest quietly. We will return for sure, even to enjoy the champion stove in the winter.

very good, but could have warned, there were many stairs, for those who have elderly, it is difficult, the house is not ground floor, to climb on the stairs there is a staircase outside tbm, outside what was announced in the app inside the house, they could by railing on the stairs, to give more security, it would help a lot

Apartment with great location, clean and airy. Great shower. Kitchen and laundry equipped with all utensils and appliances. We had a great reception — Marta was very helpful and friendly. The condominium is very quiet and quiet. We stayed for 10 days and went in three people; the apartment met us super well. We will return whenever possible!!

The apartment is as it appears in the photos. The green environment makes it very nice in addition to the proximity to the center, which is a very good look. In the time we went to Gramado it was very difficult to drive and look for where to park for traffic, walking was one of the best options to get to know the city.
