The "Apartamento Avenida" is a modern T0, in an anti-seismic construction building of the year 2008, very welcoming, with a lot of light, located in the historical center of the city of Horta, island of Faial, Azores, in the middle of the marginal avenue, near bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, general commerce and areas of tourist interest, 10 minutes walk from the beach of Conceição, maritime terminal and beach of Porto Pim. It has a great view of the Atlantic Ocean and Mountain of the island of Pico.

Ideal place for those who want to combine outdoor activities with a visit to the architectural heritage of Horta city. Due to the proximity to the Maritime Terminal (400 meters), they are perfect to be the “base” in Faial to visit Pico and São Jorge. Very easy to park nearby. Near food market, pharmacies, shops and groceries. Extra services (transfers, tours and hikes) provided by our company Azores4fun.
