The 140m2 property, situated by the road provides a private driveway, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a first floor veranda. Enjoy the ever-changing views of the mountain river Kamienna the back garden overlooks, where you can unwind by the water.

Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 05/2026.

The cottage is located in the Karkonosze Mountains, in the holiday resort of Michałowice, situated at the foot of the Śnieżne Kotły mountains. The cottage consists of 2 bedrooms upstairs, including one with a continental double bed. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
