Vacation rentals with a kayak in Piedmont

Very nice apartment with a lovely garden, just right for a short getaway with friends or family. Davide is very friendly and helpful. He couldn’t welcome us in person but the self check-in went very smoothly as he gave us clear instructions and everything was well organized. He’s easily reachable in case of problems and also regularly checked if everything was okay. A minor inconvenience was that our bedsheets were still damp from the washing when we arrived, but he told us one day before that this was the case and also told us where we could find extra blankets (we eventually helped ourselves with the hairdryer :-) ). Everything else was perfect, in the flat you can also find a list with recommendations on restaurants and activities that was very helpful. We would always come back! :)

Il mare a ridosso dell'abitazione, la facilità con cui si può raggiungere e gli spazi ben organizzati dell'alloggio, non sono sufficienti a descrivere il luogo. E' una sensazione immersiva nella vita di mare quella che si prova, soprattutto rappresenta la genuinità di Genova: sincera nei suoi pregi e nei suoi difetti, comunque e sempre se stessa. La bellissima abitazione di Corrado é una parte della sua personalità, che ci racconta delle sue esperienze, delle sue storie vissute, sempre coerenti e mai banali. E' stata un bellissima emozione. Buon viaggio Corrado, credo che ci rivedremo.

This is a sweet cottage on a large lot with private access to the lake. It has kayaks, stand-up paddle boards and bikes. It was great to sit on the lake’s edge and just chill. Small but functional kitchen and great coffee! There is a pellet fireplace that we used one cool evening which is very nice. Bruno and Fabiola couldn’t be nicer. Bruno met us on arrival, introduced us to the place, and was always available for questions. Lago Orta is a beautiful lake and a great location that is off the usual tourist circuit. We enjoyed our time there very much.

Wonderful and unique Place directly on the lake! Very quite and Perfect Place to relax and enjoy the area and landscape! Davide and his mother Marina are super friendly and we felt very welcome and we Hope to come again soon!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. Idéalement situé près des embarcadères de ferry, tout près du lac avec une jolie vue. Logement agréable et bien équipé. Maria est très réactive et donne tous les conseils nécessaires. Pas de point négatif réel si ce n’est seulement que le petit jardin n’était pas entretenu avec beaucoup de mauvaises herbes hautes et piquantes mais ce n’est qu’un détail. Nous recommandons vivement.

Esperienza fantastica. L’alloggio di Bruno è davvero UNICO. Vista sul lago incredibile immersa nel piccolo borgo di Villa Fogazzaro. La casa è super moderna e non manca nulla. Posizione della casa strategica vicina a Lugano e ad un sacco di ristoranti lungo tutto il lago. Comunicazione con Nicole eccellente in tutto super gentile e davvero disponibile. Sicuramente ci torneremo con la bella stagione.
