Soggiorno perfetto. Evaggelia e suo figlio sono stati gentili e disponibili, ci hanno dato molte informazioni utili per le spiagge e ristoranti. Casa in posizione tranquilla ma comoda per raggiungere le spiagge, arredata con gusto e fornita di tutto.

Wir waren ende Mai mit 4 Personen bei Mike in der Villa. Wir haben die Villa sehr sauber angetroffen. Sie ist mit allem eingerichtet was der Urlauber benötigt und darüber hinaus mit wertvollen Dingen, die den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machen. Toll fanden wir die Aussenküche und die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten sich draußen aufzuhalten. Der Pool war um diese Jahreszeit noch etwas frisch, aber sehr sauber und mit den Liegen sehr einladend für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Störend empfanden wir anfangs die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, aber wir haben uns auch daran gewöhnt. Positiv auch der kurze Fussweg um Strand und die Möglichkeiten des Einkaufs in der Nähe, sowie der kurze Weg zur Autobahn. Danke und beste Grüße an Mike!

We had a great stay in Kostas house. Had enough space for 2 families confortably. He was always available answered all queries promptly. Exelent communication ! One beach close by one minut away by car beautiful small where but they will charhe you charge for beds Other in Siviri just few minutes away with more cafes .. and beds are not charged if you have a drink. Has showers as well.. Water is beautiful and clean Thank you Kostas We had a lovely stay

Great place for the family. A private place with lots of room. Big Yard. The Garden was a plus.

We stayed at this wonderful house as a young family with our child, our dog, and our parents, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The property offers a breathtaking sea view and a spacious yard with a great outdoor barbecue area—perfect for enjoying meals and relaxing. The house is very clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. One of the highlights for us was the children’s play area, which makes this place especially ideal for families with kids. The hosts clearly pay attention to every little detail to ensure guests have a comfortable and memorable stay. We would absolutely recommend this place and would love to return! Fab lovely house for a family stay! Napoleon was amazing , very friendly , helpful and responsive! Elani has a beautiful beach that is not over crowded like some others in the area. The only tricky bit were internal stairs which are difficult for small kids and old people but can be solved with stairgates

Wij reizen veel en verblijven op hoeveel locatie en woningen, maar dit was onze beste villa en onze beste locatie. Ik raad zeker iederen deze villa te huren om tot op rust te komen. geweldig proper en luxe villa met veel ruimte en mogelijkheden. ik kan blijven schrijven maar beste is zelf te ontdekken. enkele woord geweldig!!

The villa was just as advertised - a beautiful house with a fantastic pool in the middle of a peaceful green area.

Ιδιαίτερα εξυπηρετικοί οι ιδιοκτήτες. Ο εξωτερικός ήταν πολύ καλά διατηρημένος και μέσα χωρίς ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρος. Ιδανικό για χαλάρωση και αποδράσεις.

The place was amazing. Much bigger than the actual photos. A dream holiday. The perfect place to be with friends or familly.

We were four families (8 adults 11 kids) shared the 3 houses All of us loved the pool, its really big. I communicated with the host prior to arrival and she shared all the info 4 ACs (3 in rooms) that were great. The other rooms each had a cooling system that did relieve some of the heat but was not as comfortable as the air-conditioned rooms (and that was aligned with what we were told) Overall, we all felt it waa a great place to stay and price was totally fare.

Me and my family had a lovely time in Kalma Villas! The view and the yard were wonderful, the house was very well decorated, clean and had everything we needed. It is also great for a trip with kids! My only small note for improvement would be to upgrade the wooden pergola in the back yard with something that would allow more shade during the afternoon and would protect from light rain as well. The property manager was responsive and helpful. The surroundings were great and there is a big supermarket very close by which was super convenient.

We had a really great time here. The place is amazing, especially the fact that it has the pool available for us. We would gladly come back anytime

A rare find right on the beach! We booked this beautiful house for our wedding preparations and photoshooting and the overall experience was more than unforgettable. Ms. Mary was soo helpful and kind we are endlessly thankful. Definitely coming back for our summer holidays.

We had a wonderful time. It was a beautiful, peaceful and private villa. The garden was big and tidy. The sweaming pool was not crowded at all. There good restaurants and beaches in the resorts nearby but it is recommended to have a car and have the flexibility to go to other places and supermarkets.

Der Gastgeber Napoleon hat uns sehr herzlich und freundschaftlich empfangen. Das Haus war in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand,und es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Sogar Trinkwasser für den Wasserspender hat uns Napoleon ausreichend zur Verfügung gestellt. Eines der Highlights des Hauses, ist der atemberaubende Blick auf die Bucht und das Meer. Auch der Garten und der Pool waren in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand, und wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Unmittelbarer in der Nähe befindet sich auch zwei der schönsten Strände der Insel und, es gibt unzählige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Zusammengefasst einer der schönsten Orte seinen Urlaub zu genießen.

My existing reservation cancelled on me one day prior to my flight to Greece. I was able to secure Foteinhs’s place right away. She returned my message and confirmed reservation within minutes. She wasn’t available to check me in, in person but it wasn’t her fault and she made it exceptionally easy to get inside and make myself at home. Her place is not particularly easy to find however, she responded immediately and consistently when I contacted her for assistance. Her place was well equipped, immaculately cared for and clean, and very peaceful relaxing. Loved the pool. The beds are not very comfortable, but if you like a very firm bed then you will be ok. I loved everything about my stay.

The house was everythin we wanted. Big, clean, had a barbecue, nice quite place with a view at the sea. Would recommend

Villa in the Sani forest with a fantastic garden, as shown in the pictures. 20 min walk (a bit uphill/downhill but it wasn't a problem for us) or 5 min with the car to the most beautiful beach on Halkidiki. Good communication with the host. *My only suggestion would be to change the mattress in the master bedroom since it is too soft and it is very difficult for two people to sleep without rolling toward each other and waking up. Everything else was great, we would visit again.

10 Tage durften wir in dem schönen, gut ausgestatteten Haus von Petros Urlaub machen. Es war sehr ruhig (Nachsaison) in einem Pinienwald gelegen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Leider war der Pool schon geschlossen, aber das Meer ist ja nicht weit. Petros hat uns persönlich und sehr herzlich empfangen. Zur Begrüßung gab es Wein, Kaffee und eine Obstschale. Petros hat uns viele gute Empfehlungen zu Ausflügen, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Stränden gegeben und war bei Fragen immer gut erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen.

The beautiful house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Free parking spots are available for multiple cars. The house is fully equipped and it is very cozy. Perfect place for a family vacation. The beach is 5 minutes away by walk. Plenty of taverna's and beach bars are accessable on foot (5 min away). The hosts, Eva and her daughter were super friendly. They helped us with everything we needed. Thank you very much for your hospitality and hope to see you next summer!

La villa est un havre de paix dans un environnement très calme, l’horizon bleu à perte de vue, les arbres en fleur et l’olivier magnifique, la lecture à l’ombre de deux grands parasols au bord de la piscine. Elle est dans un état excellent et joliment décorée. Un petit terrain de basket à l’arrière, un chemin piéton d’accès à la plage devant. Les 3 chambres sont à distance, dans 3 ailes différentes du bâtiment, ce qui offre de l’indépendance à chacun (heures de lever, de couver, temps calme…) ; un grand plus en vacances ! Periklis a été un hôte merveilleux, très réactif et attentionné. Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable.

Aggeliks's place was the perfect place to celebrate my 50th Birthday. Stunning house, great service and magical sunsets. The house is beautifully decorated and well positioned to be out of the hustle of the main town but close enough to enjoy the amenities of the city! We loved this villa, as it makes you feel like you live in a haven. This was definitely a luxury retreat and we would definitely travel back once the circumstances let us to.
