In the sunny valley of Zell am See - Kaprun, in a typical Alpine village of Niedernsill, we run our guest house Pension Gassner. We offer our guests comfortable single, double and triple rooms with breakfast and self-catered apartments for up to four or five persons, all with balconies. Please note: - The use of the common spaces (kitchen and dining room in the basement) is possible at a surcharge and after prior notice. - Breakfast for guests in the apartments can be ordered at surcharge.

The house is in Schüttdorf, at the south side of the lake. It is a quiet street with parking space. It is located about 1 km from the nearest ski lift (Areitbahn), 10 minutes walk and 4 minutes by car. There is a really big parking spot there. And about 5 minutes from the nearest stop of the ski bus. Zell am See city is a 3-minute drive. The lake is less than a 5-minute bike ride away. The house is surrounded by mountains that are all climbable, there is plenty of hiking fun for every level.

Unser traditioneller, gemütlicher Gasthof verfügt über 14 Zimmer und ist mitten im Zentrum von Abtenau. Restaurants und Geschäfte können zu Fuß erreicht werden. Ihr bekommt von mir eine Gästekarte, damit könnt ihr die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gratis nutzen. Abtenau ist ein toller Ort zum Wandern, Mountainbiken oder einfach nur zum Spazierengehen. Es gibt Wasserfälle, wunderschöne Almen, ein geniales Freibad speziell für Kinder, Minigolf, eine Sommerrodelbahn. Frühstück € 15 pro Person.

Stefflhof - Charming old farmhouse, ensuite room

Our farmhouse is situated 1000 meters above sea level, right in the middle in between Kitzbühel and Zell am See. It takes only five minutes to the ski area of Kitzbühel, in summer you can start hiking right in front o the house. A bus stopp is only several meters away. Our view is amazing: all the peaks of the "Hohe Tauern" are right in front of us. Our farm has a large garden. Singles, families with children, couples, groups - everyone is welcome!

Welcome to Haus Grübl, our house has rooms with breakfast and apartments. All are modern and stylishly furnished. Our house is quietly situated and has a beautiful view. The ski bus stops right outside the front door. The house has a ski room with ski boot dryer. There is a guest lounge with bar and Wifi is free throughout the house. The Aviators Lodge, the guest house Ager is the slightly different bed and breakfast in Westendorf. - on request bread service. - on request we fill your fridge, the breakfast bar with regional products.
