We offer a newly renovated family house with new furniture, full equipment, spacious yard and parking spaces. The house has a separate entrance from Pútnická Street. It is suitable for 1 to 4 people. You will find a bedroom with a double and a single bed. For relaxation, there is a gazebo with a barbecue. The accommodation is located in the center of Modranka, which has great access to the center of Trnava or connection to the D1/R1 highways.

NO PET REQUESTS PLEASE. NOT SUITABLE FOR LOUD, ALCOHOL BASED PARTIES, FESTIVAL SLEEP OVERS OR EVENTS. Not just accommodation but an experience in nature. 3 minute drive/15 minute walk to town. My cottage in the trees overlooks the lake in a tranquil area with a large garden, orchard and fruit trees. WE HAVE 2, VERY FRIENDLY, 4 YEAR OLD CATS LIVING OUTSIDE IN THE GARDEN. if you don't like cats please do not send a request.
