Mannicci’s place is perfect! We were very well accommodated. The location is close to the bus stop which helped us get to the center of Rome easily. We will definitely be back. Our days in Rome were perfect!

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a great time as the apartment is in a great location. It is very easy to walk to visit the must-sees of Rome. Francesco also gave us some great restaurant tips. He is very responsive and has always been able to help us make sure our stay goes smoothly.

We had an amazing 2-night Easter stay in this unique, chalet-like house with its Mongolian yurt and private pool! Everything was magic: the original architectural design of the wooden house, the patio, the yurt, the pool with its incredible panoramic view, the hammock, the BBQ, the olive tree garden - all at our full disposal. Mr. Pietro is the perfect host: responsive, warm, and thoughtful (we were welcomed with a glass of wine and cheese and salami board), and he was always ready to meet any need. Although the weather was unstable, he opened the pool for us which was simply spectacular. We even ended up booking the second house on his property when our group grew larger at the last minute, and again, Mr. Pietro and his family were incredibly accommodating and considerate. Everything had a magical touch, from the main entrance door to the fireplace, the artistic décor, the stairs leading up to the attic to again embrace the sun from the upper terrace through window-sized openings.

Jacopo's place was the perfect base for our stay in Rome. Beautifully furnished and decorated with all possible amenities, in walking distance to a subway station and private parking at the property. Jacopo was very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend and we hope to stay someday again.

Exactly what we expected to explore Rome. All as described, clean and comfortable. Connection to the metro TOP, less than 2 minutes! Host was helpful and explained everything well. Thank you we had an great week.

We stayed downstairs with my husband and sister , very clean accommodation, and very well equipped, there is the sea 5 minutes away by car. Peaceful neighborhood, Rome is 30mn drive. The host and his wife are very welcoming and very responsive, we had a great week. I would recommend it 100%

I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this place! The location is super convenient—there’s a metro station right downstairs, which makes getting around the city a breeze. The room is spacious, and the interior design is absolutely stunning—stylish, high-end, and full of thoughtful details. It felt just like staying in a luxury hotel. On top of that, the host was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Great value for the quality and service. I’d definitely love to stay here again!
