If you want to get away from noise of traffic and tourists - this flat is quiet and in a local neighborhood. Jakub was immediately responsive and as a foreigner he explained things that I had never seen before. I hope to return again.

Dana and her family were always super attentive to us. They helped us fix a problem we had and were always super understanding and helpful. We felt right at home and they helped us with everything. The surroundings were beautiful. 100% recommended the site.

Our week stay was really great! Marta's apartment is beautifully decorated, everything you need there. And most importantly, it was clean and cozy. The tram stop is just around the corner and it's very close to the middle of the city. 100% recommended!!! Thank you so much and we'd love to stay again in the future.

The place had been great. Clean and modern furnishings. The place was very centrally located yet quiet. Downtown was a 15-minute walk away.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the accommodation, we found everything we needed here. The owners are welcoming and communicating with them was quick and hassle-free. If you want to experience a very pleasant place to stay, I can only recommend. I can't find anything I can complain about :)

It was a very pleasant location, I was on a business trip, but in the end I also enjoyed a "vacation", the town is gorgeous. And the mineral water from the Rudolfu spring, less than 300m from the apartment, is "medicine"

Apartment is clean, new and in great condition. Towels and linen is very high quality, comfortable and. Free of any stains. The apartment is on a busy street so if you nedd to open the windows to cool off there is traffic noise. Check in is a breeze and the location is close to centrum.

Marga-Rita is a super, very accommodating, uncomplicated and warm hostess. The apartment is very cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Everything I needed was there. I felt very comfortable. Thanks again for everything :)

The apartment exceeded much of my expectations, was very well decorated. The view over look the garden was very peaceful and beautiful. It had everything needed. Groceries, supermarket and restaurants were very close to walk to. Petr and his family were very friendly, helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this place and would love to return one day!

The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated. The pool is a super extra and has greatly enriched our stay. There were four of us and there were plenty of dishes and chairs. For more than 6 people it would be very tight at the table. The water in the apartment is probably drinkable. But since we didn't like the taste, we only used it for tea and for cooking and just bought bottles to drink. The location of the apartment is great: Skodaland with disc golf, mini golf, etc. 5 minutes walk away, very quiet, lake within walking distance, but also in 7 minutes by car in downtown. So the best of both worlds :). We highly recommend the apartment and will be happy to come back :).

Effortless and quick communication with the owner, the place completely matched the advertised one. The location on the housing estate may not suit someone, on the other hand in Klatovy it is a short walk to the very center. We unplanned use the hospital, which is practically right next door. There was no problem with parking, there was always a place nearby. Overall, the place was nice, welcoming, homey, clean. Can only be recommended.
