Welcome to my home! My home is in a quiet community in N. Chandler, AZ. I do not allow pets. The home feels spacious with 3 bedrooms (1 BR is an office), 2 bathrms & vaulted ceilings. I have a beautiful salt wtr aquarium. The back yard has a large patio, fire pit, fountain, elec fireplace, flowers and very private. There is a comm. pool (not heated), hot tub, tennis, pickle ball and basketball court. Pkg is in 2 car garage, driveway or street, 3 car max. Some of my belongings are in the home.

The Tiny House - AKA "Tree House"

The Tree House / Tiny House is our 200 sq ft guest house, nestled in our private primary residence back yard. This little house has everything you'll need for a short stay. The DOUBLE bed turns into couch. Small Fridge, burner, microwave, coffee maker & other essentials. private toilet and shower (no bathtub). Walking distance to L.O.S.T. Trail which connects to the Arizona Trail, walking distance to bridge that leads to main street and access to wifi, grill, hot tub and private parking.

Bedroom: King bed with plush bedding, wall mounted swivel 65 inch smart TV, and walking closet Living room: Couch with pull out with upgraded 5 inch memory foam mattress, wall mounted 70” Roku smart TV. Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances fully loaded. With Reverse osmosis system. Features hot tub, playground for kids , barbecue area for guest only. Secured private gated parking area. NOTE: Hot tub is turned off from June 1st through August 31st.
