My apartment is located on the first floor of a two floor building with a lift. It is located a few steps from the town center and it is in front of the sea and private beaches. The apartment is equipped with heating and Wi-fi. It can accommodate up to eight people in two double bedrooms, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single sofa bed in the living room. It is ideal for couples, families and groups of friends who want to stay in Pineto and enjoy the city and its maritime life.

The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

A stone's throw from the bike path and the start of the Catucci pine forest, the house is equipped with all the comforts and amenities necessary for a pleasant vacation. There is also the possibility of using a private parking space within the condominium area and of using bicycles on request with the property.

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
