Within a 10min walk there is an IGA center with a bottle shop, chemist and butcher and a choice of coffee shops,restaurants and bars. The Manly Esplanade and Royal Queensland Yacht squadron is a short stroll down the hill. It’s a great option for friends and family wanting the location and proximity to the city.

The guest house is a fully self contained studio room under our family Queenslander house. You will have the studio room all by yourself. It has everything you need from a short stay to a long term stay, whether you work, study or just leisure travel. It’s conveniently located in the heart of Hamilton! Disclaimer: there will be some noise coming from upstairs through the wooden ceiling: in the morning between 6:30-8:30am and afternoon evening 3-9:30pm.
