Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You will find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they cannot be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

The comfortable apartment is located in the quiet spa town of Vráž u Písku, an ideal place for relaxing and discovering the beauty of nature. It offers two bedrooms – one of them has a balcony overlooking the fields, and each has its own TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a dining table for 4, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The apartment is located in a house on the edge of a field, which guarantees unique views and a quiet environment. At the same time, it is only a short distance from here to Písek, where you will find cafes, restaurants and other services.

In the morning, enjoy a quiet breakfast on a picnic blanket, a boat ride, and refresh yourself during the day under the solar shower or relax in the hamac overlooking the sunset. Newly you will also find a private wood-fired sauna – an ideal ritual for warming up your body throughout the day. In the evening, you'll be warmed up by a crackling fireplace or outdoor fire pit, while bats fly quietly overhead. The perfect place for moments of silence and escape to nature.

Small House & Sauna with a View / 30 minutes from Prague

Enjoy your stay in a small, modern house with a breathtaking view of the rocky valley of the Vltava River, located in a forest on a rock, directly above St. Kilian's Island, where one of the first male monasteries in the Czech lands was founded in 999. Sauna and outdoor hot tub are available. There is a dedicated parking space, and the bus stop is a 5-minute walk downhill along a footpath. You can go on many trips in the surrounding area - Vyhlídka Máj, Pikovická jehla, the Slapy reservoir or just a regular walk in the local forest.

The caravan offers the possibility of recharging your mobile, a bluetooth speaker, kerosene lamps, water for drinking and washing. Cozy terrace for relaxation. The surrounding forests are great for walks and exploring nature. Ideal place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and gain new energy. Looking forward to your visit!

The cottage is both a quiet place for families with children and a romantic stay for couples. Cyclists and hikers will also find facilities for their trips here. If you are looking for a refuge, a place for mental rest, or for focused creative activity, the cottage is here for you. The garden is available for moments of relaxation, sitting by the fire and watching the night sky. It will also provide you with fresh herbs and seasonal fruits and vegetables, as well as the scent of grass and flowers.

Cottage in Dobronice

Renovated cottage. Woodstone/electric radiator heating which temps at 14°. In the garden is grilling and sitting under a parasol. The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected; a French window leads to the garden from this space. The attic is accessed via the miller's stairs. In the attic, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 and 4 beds. The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.

Treehouse

Stay in a tiny cabin deep in the forest, in complete seclusion — one that earned a second chance. Like most of what's inside: reclaimed objects rescued from the scrap heap. The interior draws on the legendary freedom and wildness of the surrounding nature, right where the first tramping settlements took shape, just minutes from Prague. It's ideal for anyone who wants to stay in touch with nature at every turn: over breakfast, while cooking, in the bath, or as they drift off to sleep.

Look for your lost peace in the woods, read a book you haven't had time for in a long time, drink coffee on the porch without having to look at the clock, and practice your regular yoga set on the shore of the pond for a change. Or swap the cottage for your home office and get into things you can't focus on in the city.
