We invite you to a cozy and fully equipped house with two bedrooms, which comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests (with the possibility of 2 extra beds). In summer, the air conditioning will cool you down, and in winter you will enjoy the warmth and romance by the fireplace. In front of the house you will find a seating area with a grill, where you can enjoy summer evenings with family or friends. A private ball court and a children's playground are available for children and adults. And if the weather permits, you can take a ride on the river on our motor boat.

Our cottage with heated pool, infrared sauna (3 people) and outdoor hot tub is located in the immediate vicinity of the forest, about 300m from the Otava River, which leads directly to the Eagle Lake. The surrounding nature offers countless possibilities for a relaxing holiday. POOL and HOT TUB are OPERATIONAL (early April to mid-October), sauna year round Comfortable seating, outdoor fireplace, lazy tennis court, soccer goals, and a large children's playground with swings, slide, house and basketball hoop.

Chata Šimterka has been completely renovated and modernized. There is a swimming pool right next to the cottage, and in the lower part of the complex there is a great Finnish sauna. The Otava River is about 100 m from the cottage. On the ground floor of the cottage, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed (2 beds) and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. On the first floor there is a bedroom with 4 beds (1 double bed, 2 single beds). The cottage has two beautiful terraces.

The property features a swimming pool, a fireplace with barbecue facilities and garden furniture. There is a canoe available for rides on the dam. Recreationals can use our swimming pool, which is available to all residents and our family.Since we have three dogs that are very friendly to people, but react like a pack against other dogs we do not take guests with dogs. We carry children for free in a wagon towed by a quadricycle

Our house is located in the forest, close to the lake (180 m away). In the area are a couple of other cottages. It is ideal for 6 people, but also 8 can live here comfortably. The house offers ideal conditions for anglers, but also families and friends.
