Newly renovated 19th century manor house. The entire house with a separate entrance, a terrace with a grill and parking is available. The house has a convenient location in the center of Hluboká, less than 200 m from the square overlooking the church and 700 m from the castle. We would like guests to feel like they are visiting good friends, where they can, among other things, enjoy the comfort of our reading corner with a library in the alcove. Families with children are also welcome, and they can enjoy a cozy sleep on an elevated stage under the stairs on the site of the former furnace.

Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You will find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they cannot be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Apartment in a two-generation house

Modern and peaceful accommodation in a spacious 2+kk (two bedrooms plus kitchenette) apartment with a separate entrance in the village of Borek near České Budějovice. Ideal for couples, families, and business trips. The apartment offers comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 3 people (double bed + single bed), a fully equipped kitchen, and pleasant amenities for relaxation. A major advantage is the hassle-free parking right in front of the building. Within walking distance is a popular natural swimming pool, ideal for summer relaxation.

The bedroom has a double bed, a single bed and a folding chair. There's a sofa bed in the kitchen/living room. A total of 5 places. The house has its own courtyard with outdoor seating. Possibility to rent a baby cot. The kitchen includes an electric stove with a glass ceramic hob, a kettle and a toaster. Accommodation on the outskirts of Č. Budějovice in the immediate vicinity of public transport (300 m.). Bus ride to the center about 10 minutes. There is also a restaurant, drugstore, tobacco shop or grocery store nearby.

This quiet, newly built modern apartment is designed as a 1+kk. The whole space is airy and pleasantly modern. In the living room there is a double bed, a wardrobe, a living and dining area. The kitchenette is fully equipped. Additional sleeping areas are located on the open floor under the roof accessible by a wooden staircase. All mattresses are comfortable and healthy. From the apartment there is a direct entrance to the terrace, from which has a beautiful view of the Hluboká nad Vltavou chateau.

A luxuriously equipped cottage for all who love unspoiled nature and still like to indulge in luxury accommodation. There is a spacious garden with a pergola and a terrace. In case of bad weather, you can sit in the lounge with a fireplace. Experience relaxation in a hot tub with a unique view (extra charge). The hot tub is located outside and is in operation from March 1 to October 31 (depending on current temperatures). We do not allow pets.

Designer apartment in the style of a mountain chalet with a fireplace and terrace, in a quiet village on the edge of České Budějovice and a short distance from Český Krumlov. The house benefits are spacious well-proportioned rooms which are well lit with large windows. It is ideal for large families with babies/children and grandparents. Our apartment offers very comfortable accommodation for larger groups or families with children. The accommodation has free parking and is just a step into nature, a short walk to the center, an hour to the mountains and a minute to the bike path. All bedding and towels are included in the price.
