Spiaggia, centro, ristoranti, stazione e traghetti sono a poca distanza. Luogo unico dove trascorrere mattinate a bere un caffè e le serate sorseggiando un vino locale, ammirando alba e tramonto in prima fila!🌅🍷 Spero porti fortuna alle coppie come fu per i miei nonni🥰 *Se siete più di 2 persone consigliamo l’appartamento a famiglie!Essendoci poca privacy.

La casa è stata ristrutturata completamente e i lavori sono terminati da circa un mese, è composta di un piano di accesso dove si trovano il parcheggio disponibile per due auto e, varcato l'ingresso, la cucina dalla quale tramite una porta finestra si può usufruire della terrazza; dalla zona giorno si accede passando per una scala in marmo e ferro battuto alle due camere e al bagno. La suddivisione degli spazi interni è stata conservata così come prevede il tipico modello del borgo ligure.

L'appartamento si trova nel borgo di Pitelli sulle colline di Lerici .È a soli 2 km dalla bellissima Baia Blu e dalla spiaggia di San Terenzo.Posizione ideale per raggiugere Porto Venere, la stazione di La Spezia, gli imbarchi per le Cinque Terre (Manarola, Rio Maggiore, Monte Rosso al Mare, Vernazza e Corniglia) , Tellaro e Fiascherino. In 40 minuti si raggiunge la Versilia.
