NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. From the courtyard there is a view to the east far over the land and to the south to the mountain range. Lake Chiemsee is about 25 km away. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.

Large, cozy, family-friendly apartment

This stylish place, which we like to use ourselves, is perfect for family or friend gatherings. It impresses with its size of 140 m² and the comfort of 3 spacious bedrooms and its good amenities. The view of the Alpine panorama from each room is awesome. Our guests are very important to us and we want everyone to feel comfortable. The apartment is located in quiet Meisham, not far from the Eggstätter lake district, an idyll in summer as well as in winter.

Our apartment "Weitblick" was completed in April 2024. The apartment is located on the 1st floor - is also accessible by an elevator - and has 2 balconies, to the east, the other facing south, with a wonderful view of the rural surroundings and the Chiemgau Alps, which are often spectacular. The spacious apartment is lovingly decorated, the large garden and sauna can be used. Our house is surrounded by horse pastures in a quiet secluded location.
