The apartment is nice and very spacious with everything you need and the community pool it’s lovely! It does get very hot without AC but the fans did help.

Extremely kind hosts who are available to help and recommend for practical things, such as parking, garbage collection... the very clean accommodation, with plenty of sheets, towels, even from the sea, equipped with pots and utensils in abundance. The apartment has two entrances, a small terrace where you can spend your time pleasantly, the fantastic location, one of the most popular on the island, above Cala Gavetta, a marina that is a real gem just a step away from the historic center. To come back I would put the signature on it.

We enjoyed our four night stay in CANNIGIONE at Francesca Maria’s unit. While it was centrally located, it was nice to have off the street parking for days when we toured beyond the town. Also nice to have two bathrooms and an outdoor shower. The unit is small but it has everything including a washer, good size refrigerator and comfortable bed. I would recommend this place to a couple or a couple with younger children. Thanks for everything Francesca.

really very close to the airport. 5mn walk. Without being disturbed by the noise. Shops within walking distance as well. It was perfect for our last day in Sardinia.

We stayed in two for a bite and getaway vacation of just a few days. We had a great time. If there is a difference, the apartment is even better than it appears in the photos. It is functional, equipped with everything you need for the most common needs and even more, very clean and quiet. It is very close to the center of S.Teresa G. (five minutes walk) in a quiet and well-served area. Mariangela is a great host: kind, accurate, attentive, very helpful and with excellent discretion. It made us feel comfortable even in the face of a small unexpected event that we wanted to resolve in the first person despite us warmly exempt from doing so. Thank you Mariangela! We really appreciated it and hope to visit you again soon!

Our stay couldn't have been better. The apartment was very cozy and in a very charming and quiet village. But above all we want to highlight the good deal with the host, she helped us by troubles and was flexible at all times, as communication with her was always quick and clear!! Sole's house is even more beautiful than what's shown in the photos. It was spotless when we got there and it was nice to find water and some sweet things that got us after the long trip, The location is perfect for touring emerald coast by car and beautiful and easily accessible beaches are very close, Shops of all kinds are 3 min drive Everything was spotless! Recently renovated, well-kept and clean apartment, located in the first suburb of the country. It takes about 10 minutes to get downtown, around there are several restaurants and supermarkets for shopping or eating. We appreciated the peace of mind. Maddalena has provided us with all the directions, including ferry schedules.

The property and Annagiulia as a host are just perfect. We think it's by far the most beautiful AirBnB in the surrounding area. Thanks to Annagiulia!

Good friendly communication, flexible, everything wonderful. It would be good to know that the window of the children's room opens to the neighbors' terrace. However, did not bother us because there were no guests there.

The host ist very responsive and the check in went well. The old town is a 30 minutes walk and there is a good and cheap restaurant in walking distance called „il visuvio“.

Had everything we needed and the view was absolutely gorgeous, better than anticipated. The place is quite homey and quaint and I was obsessed with the way it was decorated. Wish I could’ve stayed longer.

The view from the very large terrace is breathtakingly beautiful. We were absolutely satisfied with the accommodation. A small comment is the way to the accommodation. You have to drive a very narrow and steep path up the mountain to the accommodation. If there is oncoming traffic, it can be difficult. On foot, the path quickly becomes strenuous in bright sunshine, but that's the price you pay for the view from the top. For us, it was absolutely worth it! The flexibility of the check-in time deserves special mention. Due to our early flight, we were already at the accommodation at 11am. Nevertheless, we were able to check in promptly, thank you again for that!

A fabulous apartment with everything required . The location was amazing and fantastic to be so close to the Beach , Supermarket and Bus Stop to Olbia. The buses can be a little unreliable , but we were happy to just stay around Pittulongu and enjoy the beautiful beaches .
