Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in the Alt Empordà, 20 minutes from St Martí d'Empúries and 10 minutes from Figueres. We have an outdoor space for barbecues, a swimming pool, a ping-pong table, a pool table, an indoor fireplace, several areas for eating and relaxing, a kitchen equipped with everything you need, and an indoor patio where you can shelter from the Tramuntana. All set for a good stay without leaving home.

Es una casa ideal para vacaciones en familia y relajarse, también para lugar de trabajo, para nómadas digitales o creadores de contenido o para deportistas, por su situación en un lugar tranquilo y sin ruidos, a 3 minutos en coche de la ciudad y del lago, entornos naturales donde hacer deporte, pasear y preciosas fotos.

Loft in a rural setting with spectacular views

We offer you accommodation in a rural environment where you can enjoy spectacular views while taking a dip in the pool. The place is very quiet and the loft has just been renovated, keeping the rustic and practical essence at the same time. It has a ground floor with direct exit to the courtyard with kitchen, bathroom and living room and first floor open with double bed. The patio is great for hanging out a breakfast or dinner in the cool. The pool is shared with us. BARBECUE NOT ALLOWED

The patio house

The patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. There is a huge dressing room in the beautiful entrance. From there, you will access an open space in which you will not find anything missing. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.

With two floors, with kitchen, dining room and living room on the ground floor, and bedroom with bathroom on the upper floor.
