Andy was super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The home is perfectly situated with easy access to snowboarding and the Bay Area. We hope to stay there again!

This Airbnb was in a part of Roseville I’d never been too. Cute location. Pool in the back was nice! Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Fong Chi was responsive when we couldn't enter the home due to a mistakely transposed number for check-in. Error's happen, so I was thankful for his very timely reply. He also reached out to us when he received a notification of wi-fi issues. His home layout is a well thought-out design, and it has everything you need while away from yours. The surroundings of the home felt safe, and it was clean. This is most important to me. The pool temperature was chilly, and it was unfortunate the weather didn't cooperate so to entice us to brave the cold plunge. On a nice day, it would be refreshing and you would find yourself enjoying all the exterior amenities provided. While we mostly enjoyed our stay, there was an unfortunate occurrence x2. There is a neighbor dog that is left outside on his backyard patio just behind the master suite, and another dog from a neighbor in front. None of us slept well both nights due to very late night continuous barking. Rare? Otherwise, 5 stars all around!

This was our second time staying in Bill’s place. Bill is proactive, responsive, and communicated well before and throughout our stay. The location of his home is great. There is lots to do and the location is also conveniently close to shops and restaurants. We felt right at home and had a wonderful stay. Between the pool, hot tub, trampoline, and hiking near the river, our family has a blast.

Amazing stay at the Oasis. Everything was clean and the house had everything for a great stay. We had a special party for our son and the open family room and huge kitchen island and seating was great. As well as the outdoor spaces offering comfortable seating.

Very beautiful home! Pricey but you definitely get what you pay for! Very much worth the money! We will be back!

Great place to stay. Plenty of rooms, beds and amenities. Looks like the pictures. Really enjoyed the house.

Beautiful house. Made us feel right at home & we really appreciated the little things they keep in there to make parents feel even more comfortable. For instance, baby toys, a high chair, a baby monitor, bunk beds. Even though our dog didn’t join us, they also have doggy doors & a dog bowl for you to feed your pup. The place was clean & fully stocked for your comfort. They had pots & pans & dishes for us to use. We really enjoyed our stay 😊

The home is beautiful! Alfonso was quick to respond when I inquired about the house layout upon booking. The location is convenient. Walmart, Costco and many quick food options within minutes from us. My family would definitely book again when we come back to the area.

Beautiful Home! I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend ! The backyard set up was very beautiful and the hot tub was very relaxing :) this home has everything you need and stores are just down the street, everything is super close and very convenient 10/10 recommend

This house is really nice and comfortable. It is very warm in winter. It is not big but everything is very well organized and you can find anything you need. It has a great location and the beautiful lake view from the window in the living room. it is clean. I want to say a big thank you to the host for very clear instructions for check in and check out. It was a second time for us staying in this house and hopefully we will come back.

Great place, great stay. Loved how well stocked the kitchen, garage, and whole house was. Great touches throughout, like heated towel racks and extra heater in bathrooms. Really comfy feeling. Beautiful mountain retreat — nestled in trees, quiet neighborhood. This was a great base of operations to enjoy the Tahoe area (in particular, North and West shores). Would definitely stay here again!

Loved this place. So peaceful and quiet. The house was so nice and clean. Everything in the descriptions was accurate. Stayed for a weekend with my family and pets. We really couldn’t spend time outside in the backyard because of the rain, but the when it stopped raining for a bit we did go out and saw how pretty it was. It has a nice grass area and lots of trees. I would stay in this house when I visit Sacramento again.

Beautiful home and breathtaking location. Elizabeth was very responsive. Only thing to note is the oven doesn't work well so we had to cook breakfast on the stove, not a big deal but took a while. Otherwise all great!!

It is a great place to spend a getaway weekend or have quality time with your family. Close to lake, and several places to see while at Tahoe. House is a lot larger than it looks and very peaceful. Highly recommended.

Kelly’s place was more than spectacular better than the pics! She was quick to respond with any questions, the amenities available were great and the location was perfect to me! The neighborhood felt safe and it was only 7 mins away from family in the area which made my stay very convenient and stay worthy.

This was our second time to stay here, what a beautiful spot. We enjoyed it immensely. There was a temporary issue with the water pressure to the toilets and Mike was very responsive to the situation and it was addressed immediately. We look forward to coming back!
