Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Placid Lakes

Great place! Very comfortable and clean, kitchen had more amenities than any place I have stayed. Cindy was great to communicate with, she responded very quickly to any question I had. We will be booking in the future as we return back home to settle my parent's estate.

what a great surprise! The place was nicer and larger than I'd imagined and really nicely decorated. It's a little funky to find the first time (on roof of office building), but the place is great, location really great, good and responsive host. all good!

This place was convenient to downtown Sebring, this place is exactly as the picture show. Everything was wonderfully prepared everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

the Sweeneys were great! we stayed here during a hunting trip at Babcock ranch preserve, its 20 minutes straight down the road. the house is only 5 minutes from a Winn Dixie and a gas station in case you forgot anything, the beds were comfy, the washer and dryer work perfectly, the shower and bathroom were perfect as well. very pleased with sandy's place and if we end up back in that part of town again I will be sure to book it again!

Candy and I enjoyed an awesome Sebring vacation thanks in large part to our stay in Alice’s villa. The location is great … shopping, golf, and really good restaurants are near-by. The villa was neat and well laid out and that makes for an efficient and cozy atmosphere. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and lounging the around pool…. This was our second stay here and we are very much looking forward to our third !!!

TJ and Silvia’s villa was perfect. Very clean and very comfortable mattress!! Great location for a day of golf or fishing on the lake!

Great 2 night stay. House is very charming. Very quiet neighborhood and easy 10 min walk to the "Circle" for dinner. Great new restaurants in downtown. Aline was great to communicate with. Would love to stay here again on my next visit.

Perfect and close to Sebring circuit. Very large and ideal common areas for a large family or a group of friends. Quiet residential area and José was for whatever we needed.

From the time I booked until check-out, the host was very helpful. My family and I drove from NC and arrived much earlier than anticipated and the host was very understanding and helpful. She allowed an earlier check in that worked perfectly for us. The house was very clean and clutter free and I would highly recommend 5/5

This was the top notch Airbnb, great value for the price. The home was clean, beautifully, furnished, and spacious. Kitchen was very well stocked, there’s a laundry room, showers were large with good water flow. The hosts were very kind and responsive. We came down to hunt fossils in the peace river, and it was great to come back to this place after a long day on the water. Will definitely come back next time and thank you!

We had a great stay at Gary’s house. There were 6 adults and 5 kids and we had plenty of room! The kids loved the lake. Spent everyday, all day in it. It did lack amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, paper towels (the basics.) The only thing stocked was toilet paper. We cooked in every night and the kitchen was well stocked. The cleanliness wasn’t great, but also wasn’t terrible. There were a few areas that needed some TLC and organization. We did have an issue with the hot tub heating up but Gary was quick to respond and sent someone out in a timely manner. Overall, we had a great time and the kids were all sad to leave. Thanks for having us, Gary.

I stayed here for an event at the Sebring International Raceway, and it couldn’t have been more convenient! will book again next year

Place was exactly as pictured. George reached out to answer any questions and tell us how to get in. The place was spotless. Had K cups, creamers and sugars available. Kitchen also has a regular brewer and filters available. It was well stocked and fridge had working ice and water dispenser. There were small toiletry starters available in the bathrooms. Nice handhelds in the showers. Extra towels and linens available. Only used master bed - it was a king size and very comfortable. The living room couch was huge and comfortable. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony on the sofa out there. Would 100% rent from him again if it’s available!

Halina's condo was exactly as described and pictured on the Airbnb website. Her ground floor garden villa was located on a golf course in Sun 'n Lake in Sebring. The condo was located in a safe and very walk-able area on the golf course with the clubhouse less than a block away. The accommodations provided all the conveniences of home and were very clean upon my arrival. The bed was very comfortable and the shower with full flow shower head was great. The large flat screen TV and Wifi worked great, too. Communications with Halina were excellent. Everything worked out well during my week long stay and I would definitely consider staying there again on future visits to the area. I would highly recommend Halina's villa condo.
