Modern 27 m2 studio located in front of our villa. Common entrance gate. 100 m2 terrace through which we exit. Swimming pool 5m/3/1m50, shared with us! Close to Marseille's sports and cultural activities. 10 minutes from the Marseille fair, the velodrome, the sports palace, the Borely stopover, the Prado, the hospitals... the A50, L2 motorway. Come and spend relaxing moments, visit, or have fun... Pets (dogs accepted) but not cats.
