Superb apartment facing the sea (50 meters)

Great location for this beautiful studio in Le Brusc, facing the sea for 4 people (perfect for one couple and two children) only 2min walk from Les Charmettes beach and Cros beach. All you have to do is cross the road on foot and put your towel on the beach to enjoy it. It is 14 km from Toulon train station and has free private parking. The apartment is air-conditioned with 4G internet access. It has just been renovated with access to a common terrace of 300m2.

Waterfront apartment, facing the sea with direct access to the sandy beach of Le Cros. Superb 180° view of the sea as well as the Gaou peninsula, the Embiez island and the Sanary bay. Ideal for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) but 5 beds if needed (a double bed, 3 single beds). 5 min walk to the port of Brusc and its pier for the Embiez Island. Coastal trail from Cros Beach with its beautiful coves. Sanary-sur-Mer is a 10-minute drive away.

Apartment crossing on one level of 40m2 on the ground floor ideally located by the beach with a 180• sea view. Once your car is parked in a private parking space in front of the apartment, you can enjoy the Brusc on foot . The port of Le Brusc is a 3-4 minute walk away, you will find restaurants, hairdresser, tobacco ,ice cream , pharmacy, pier for them... a beautiful walk will take you to the beautiful peninsula of Gaou.
