You'll have all the luxury and privacy you need. The Beach La Nartelle is only 800 meters from the home and the city is 5 minutes by car. There is a little supermarket at 5 min. walking distance. This independent accommodation, completely renovated in early 2019, is located in the large wooded garden of the owners (charming couple). We are resident in Santa Lucia Park, a residential estate in St Raphael. Our villa and this small house are in a large garden, quiet, 2 steps from the sea (3 minutes walk). The setting is very nice, relaxing. There is no vis-a-vis. Everything is made for an 100% relaxing stay. Palm trees, turtles, cats, shade, sun, swimming pool ( to share)...
